Յունիբանկն առաջատար դիրք է զբաղեցրել վարկերի քանակով

2023 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակի արդյունքներով գործող վարկերի քանակով Յունիբանկը շուկայի առաջատարն է:

Սպառողական և բիզնես վարկավորումը միշտ եղել են Յունիբանկի առաջնահերթ ուղղություններից: Բանկային ֆինանսավորման հասանելիությունը կարևոր դեր ունի տնտեսության զարգացման տեմպերը պահելու, սպառման դինամիկայի և ՀՆԱ-ի աճի համար: Լայնամասշտաբ վարկավորումը մեծացնում է ապրանքների նկատմամբ պահանջարկը՝  խթանելով դրանց արտադրություն ու վաճառքները և դրանով իսկ նպաստելով երկրի տնտեսական աճին։

Օգտվելով բանկի ծառայություններից՝ որպես ֆինանսական օգնականի, մարդիկ կարողանում են արագ լուծել կրթության, առողջության և այլ անհետաձգելի կարիքների համար անհրաժեշտ դրամական միջոցների խնդիրը, ինչպես նաև ձեռքբերել անհրաժեշտ ապրանքները: Վարկավորման գործընթացը հաճախորդների համար էլ ավելի հարմար դարձնելու նպատակով Յունիբանկը զգալիորեն ընդլայնել է գործընկերային ցանցը: Ապառիկ գնումներ կարելի է կատարել բանկի գործընկեր ավելի քան 1300 խանութ-սրահներում հաշված րոպեների ընթացքում: Վարկի հաստատումն իրականացվում է արհեստական բանականության հիման վրա կառուցված համակարգով՝ բացառելով մարդկային գործոնը:

Յունիբանկը բավականին ակտիվ աշխատում է նաև հիփոթեքային վարկավորման  ուղղությամբ՝  նպատակ ունենալով անշարժ գույքի ձեռքբերումը հնարավորինս մատչելի դարձնել հաճախորդների համար: Այս տարի Յունիբանկի կողմից տրամադրված հիփոթեքային վարկերի քանակը և ծավալը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ աճել է գրեթե 3 անգամ: Առաջնային շուկայում բանկն առաջարկում է ՀՀ դրամով հիփոթեքային վարկեր 10,9% տարեկան տոկոսադրույքով և ընդամենը 10% կանխավճարով:

Յունիբանկը շարունակել է ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել նաև փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների ֆինանսավորումը: Ժամանակակից պայմաններում բիզնեսի լուրջ զարգացումն առանց վարկավորման գրեթե անհնար է։ ՓՄՁ-ներին մատչելի ռեսուրսներն անհրաժեշտ են կապիտալ ներդրումների, շրջանառու միջոցների համալրման, տրանսպորտի ձեռքբերման, արտադրության արդիականացման կամ ընթացիկ ծախսերի համար: Վարկային միջոցների շնորհիվ ապահովվում է արտադրական գործընթացների և վաճառքների շարունակականությունը,  բարձրանում է ձեռնարկության արդյունավետությունն ու մրցունակությունը:

Յունիբանկում բիզնես վարկ կարելի է ձևակերպել եվրոյով սկսած 5% տարեկան տոկոսադրույքից: Վարկը կտրամադրվի մինչև 5 տարի ժամկետով: Առկա է նաև արտոնյալ ժամկետ՝ մինչև 12 ամիս, որի ընթացքում կարելի է վճարել միայն տոկոսագումարը:  

Փոքր բիզնեսին աջակցելու համար բանկն առաջարկում է «Միկրո էքսպրես» բիզնես վարկ, որի հիմնական առավելություններն են հաստատման գործընթացի ավտոմատացումը և գրավի պահանջի բացակայությունը:

Իրական հատվածի համար ֆինանսական ռեսուրսների հասանելիության բարձրացման համար Յունիբանկը ՀՀ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության հետ կնքել է համագործակցության պայմանագիր Տնտեսության արդիականացման ծրագրի շրջանակներում վարկեր և ֆինանսական լիզինգ ևս տրամադրելու համար:
