«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Ըստ տեղեկությունների, Փողերի լվացման և ահաբեկչության ֆինանսավորման դեմ պայքարի միջազգային կազմակերպությունը (FATF) որոշել է դադարեցնել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության անդամակցությունը կամ, այլ կերպ ասած, ներառել «սև ցուցակում»: Փաստացի, Ուկրաինայի ճնշումների արդյունքում Ռուսաստանն այս տեսակետից կարող է հայտնվել Իրանի, Կորեայի Ժողովրդադեմոկրատական Հանրապետության և Մյանմայի հետ նույն շարքում: Տնտեսագետների կարծիքով, սա կարող է Ռուսաստանի համար ծանր հետևանքներ ունենալ, այդ թվում՝ միջազգային առևտրի կաթվածահարում, մասնավոր անձանց՝ արտերկիր դրամական փոխանցումների արգելանք:
Սա համարվում է ավելի ծանր պատժամիջոց, քան նույնիսկ Ռուսաստանի անջատումը SWIFT համակարգից: «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում հայաստանյան տնտեսագետները նշում էին, որ FATF-ին Ռուսաստանի անդամակցության դադարեցումը կարող է ազդել նաև Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա: Բանն այն է, որ անցյալ տարի դեպի Հայաստան տրանսֆերտները 2021 թ. համեմատ 2,5 անգամ աճել են: Ընդ որում, փոխանցումների առյուծի բաժինը՝ ընդհանուր 5,2 մլրդ դոլարից շուրջ 3,6 մլրդ դոլարը, կատարվել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից: Ավելին, այս ցուցանիշն էլ իր հերթին 2021-ի համեմատ աճել է ավելի քան 4 անգամ։
Բնականաբար, Ռուսաստանից մասնավոր անձանց՝ արտերկիր դրամական փոխանցումների արգելքը ծանր հարված կարող է լինել թե՛ Հայաստանի ազգաբնակչության համար, թե՛ Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար ընդհանրապես: Ըստ այդմ, օրվա իշխանությունների կողմից թմբկահարվող երկնիշ տնտեսական աճը կարող է պարզապես փլուզվել: Նշենք, որ հատկապես Արևմուտքում, մեղմ ասած, ժպիտով են վերաբերվում, օրինակ՝ 12,5 տոկոս աճին՝ ակնարկելով դրա կառուցվածքի՝ բացառապես արտաքին հիմքն ու ցանկացած պահի արտաքին գործոնների վրա իրենց ազդելու հնարավորություններն ու ցավալի հեռանկարները:
