«Հայ և արգենտինացի օրենսդիրները, հանդիսանալով համապատասխան բարեկամական խմբերի անդամներ, արգենտինացի օրենսդիրների՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն կատարած առաջին այցի շրջանակում Երևանում կայացած հանդիպումների արդյունքում ցանկություն են արտահայտում խթանել օրենսդրական, հատկապես՝ խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտությանն առնչվող աշխատանքները՝ հետևյալ հիմնական դրույթների հիման վրա.

  • Մարդու իրավունքների հանդեպ հարգանք,
  • Ժողովրդավարական համակարգերի ամրապնդում,
  • Միջազգային վեճերի խաղաղ լուծում,
  • Ագրեսիայի բացառման սկզբունք,
  • Միջազգային խաղաղություն և անվտանգություն,
  • Երկկողմ տնտեսական գործունեության խթանում,
  • Մշակութային կապերի ամրապնդում,
  • Արգենտինայում հայ համայնքի՝ համերաշխությանը միտված գործողությունների տեսանելիության մակարդակի բարձրացում:

Այդ նպատակով և վեճերի լուծման հարցում ևս մեկ անգամ հանդես գալով երկխոսության և դիվանագիտության դիրքերից՝ ընդգծում են հումանիտար ճգնաժամի խորացումից խուսափելու նպատակով Լաչինի միջանցքով ազատ տեղաշարժի վերականգնման կարևորությունը, ինչպես նաև՝ 2020 թվականի ողբերգական ռազմական գործողություններից հետո որպես ռազմագերիներ պահվող անձանց շուտափույթ ազատ արձակումը»:
