Կառավարությունում ստեղծվել է ատոմային էներգետիկայի հարցերով հանձնաժողով, որն ուսումնասիրում է ամբողջ աշխարհի շուկան և հավաքագրում ամենանպատակահարմար առաջարկները։

«Ատոմային էներգետիկան՝ որպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության էներգետիկ անվտանգության և անկախության ապահովման մեխանիզմներից մեկը» թեմայով պանելային քննարկման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայանի տնօրեն Մովսես Վարդանյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ է այսօրվանից մտածել ատոմային նոր էլեկտրակայանի կառուցման մասին։

« Հայաստանն այս առումով առանձնահատուկ երկիր է և մի քանի պահանջներ ունի։ Առաջին հերթին մեզ համար կարևոր են անվտանգության և սեյսմակայունության հետ կապված հարցերը, դիտարկում ենք ֆինանսական, լոգիստիկ ասպեկտները և այլ շատ ու շատ հարցեր։

Ինչպես գիտեք, 2023 թվականի փետրվարին «Ռուսատոմ Էներջի պրոջեկտս»-ի մեր գործընկերները հայկական կողմին են փոխանցել Հայաստանում 1200 մեգավատ հզորությամբ երկու էներգաբլոկի կառուցման նախնական տեխնիկատնտեսական հիմնավորումը։  Նրանք մեր այդ բոլոր պահանջները և խնդիրները հաշվի են առնում, և այդ նախագիծը արդեն մեր ձեռքի տակ է։

Աշխատում ենք նաև հարավկորեացի մեր գործընկերների հետ, որոնք առաջարկել են 1000, 1400 մեգավատ հզորությամբ էներգաբլոկներ, ինչպես նաև մոդուլային ատոմային ռեակտորներ։ Ուսումնասիրում ենք նաև ֆրանսիական տարբերակը։ Ուսումնասիրում ենք նաև ամերիկյան մոդուլային ռեակտորները: Եվս մեկ անգամ շեշտեմ, որ մենք առաջին հերթին ուշադրություն ենք դարձնելու անվտանգությանը, ֆինանսական նպատակահարմարությանը և լոգիստիկային»,- ասաց Վարդանյանը։
