Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը՝ նախագահությամբ դատավոր Գրիգորի Հովհաննիսյանի, այսօր բեկանել է Աշոտ Փաշինյանի գործով մեղադրյալ Գայանե Հակոբյանի (Ազգուշ Մարտիրոսյան) կալանքի դեմ նրա պաշտպանների բողոքն ու որոշել փոխել նրա խափանման միջոցը տնային կալանքով։ Այս մասին Factor.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Հակոբյանի պաշտպան Գեորգի Մելիքյանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ մայիսի 17-ին Աշոտ Փաշինյանը իրավապահներին հայտնել էր, որ Վերաքննիչ դատարանի դիմացով անցնելիս է եղել, երբ հանդիպել է 2020 թվականի պատերազմի ժամանակ զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողներին, որոնցից մի կին մոտեցել է իրեն, առաջարկել նստել մոտակայքում կայանված իր ավտոմեքենան, որպեսզի կարողանան հանգիստ զրուցել: Ըստ իրավապահների հաղորդագրության՝ երբ Աշոտ Փաշինյանը նստել է մեքենան, կինը սկսել է այն վարել, ապա խոսել է 2020թ․ պատերազմից, տարածքային ու մարդկային կորուստներից, և տեսնելով, որ վերջինս դրսևորում է ոչ ադեկվատ վարքագիծ, երթևեկում է արագությունը գերազանցելով՝ երթևեկության կանոնների խախտմամբ, պահանջել կանգնեցնել ավտոմեքենան, որպեսզի ինքն իջնի: Գայանե Հակոբյանն ասել է, որ իր տղային առանց իրեն հարցնելու տարել և սպանել են, ինքը կորցնելու ոչինչ չունի, կարող է նրան սպանել, ուստի առանց հարցնելու իրեն տանում է Եռաբլուր, որտեղ, իր էմոցիաներից ելնելով, կորոշի՝ ազատ թողնել, թե՝ ոչ: Համացանցում տարածվել է տեսանյութ, որում երևում է, որ Աշոտ Փաշինյանը մեքենայից դուրս է նետվում։ Փաշինյանը նաև հայտնել է, որ մեքենայից դուրս գալուղց հետո, երբ կանգնած է եղել, սպիտակ «Տոյոտա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան հարվածել է իրեն: Շրջվելով նկատել է, որ նշված ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը և ուղևորները դատարանի մոտ կանգնած ծնողներն են: Ելնելով իր անվտանգությունից՝ անմիջապես մտել է սուպերմարկետի տարածք:

Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված վարույթի շրջանակներում մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել Ազգուշ Մարտիրոսյանին (Գայանե Հակոբյան), որը զոհված զինծառայող Ժորա Մարտիրոսյանի մայրն է։ Ազգուշ Մարտիրոսյանը հայտնել է, որ ինքը պարզապես ցանկանում էր Փաշինյանին տանել Եռաբլուր։ Նրա պաշտպանները պնդում են, որ Աշոտ Փաշինյանը չի առևագվել, նա ցանկացած պահի հնարավորություն է ունեցել մեքենայից դուրս գալու։ Գործը քննվել է աննախադեպ արագությամբ, և միջադեպից շուրջ մեկ շաբաթ անց արդեն ուղակվել է դատարան։ Վարչապետի որդին՝ Աշոտ Փաշինյանն այս գործով տուժողի կարգավիճակ ունի։
