Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն արձագանքել է ՀՀ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի հայտարարությանն առ այն, որ «Քիշնևում առնվազն սահմանազատման հարցում և 1975 թվականի քարտեզի մասով որոշակի առաջընթաց ունենք»: Նա այս մասին ասել էր Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում՝ անդրադառնալով Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների կարգավորման թեմայով բանակցություններին Մոլդովայում։
Ըստ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի՝ «անընդունելի են» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) Հայաստանի Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի՝ հունիսի 4-ին Հանրային հեռուստատեսությանը տված հարցազրույցի ժամանակ մի շարք ուղղություններով հարցերի էությունը հերթական անգամ «խեղաթյուրելու» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am), թե՛ միջազգային հանրության, թե՛ հայ հասարակության շրջանում «թյուրըմբռնում» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) առաջացնելու փորձերը՝ «խուսափելով» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) Հայաստանի ստանձնած պարտավորություններից:
«Նախ, այն պահանջի հետ կապված, թե ինչի հիման վրա պետք է իրականացվի սահմանազատման գործընթացը, նշենք, որ, ինչպես Պրահայի հանդիպման, այնպես էլ Սոչիի հանդիպման ժամանակ արված հայտարարությունների համաձայն, սահմանազատումը պետք է իրականացվի տարածքային ամբողջականության և ինքնիշխանության փոխադարձ ճանաչման հիման վրա։ Որպես կանոն, այդ հայտարարություններում հղումներ են արվում ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությանը և Ալմաթիի հռչակագրին՝ նշված սկզբունքների համատեքստում։ Հայկական կողմը քաջատեղյակ է, որ այս և մյուս հանդիպումներում որևէ քարտեզի հիման վրա սահմանազատման շուրջ պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք չի բերվել։ Միջազգային պրակտիկայի համաձայն, ի տարբերություն Հայաստանի, սահմանազատման գործընթացը, որը մինչ այժմ Ադրբեջանը իրականացրել է իր որոշ հարևանների հետ, իրականացվել է ոչ թե հատուկ ընտրված քարտեզի, այլ իրավական նշանակություն ունեցող բոլոր փաստաթղթերի վերլուծության և դիտարկման հիման վրա։
Միգուցե այս պրակտիկան կիրառվի նաև Հայաստանի նկատմամբ։ Կոնկրետ այս դեպքում հայկական կողմին ավելի ձեռնտու կլիներ սահմանազատման աշխատանքներ սկսելը, քան պնդել 1975 թվականի քարտեզի կոնկրետ հղումը»,- նշված է հայտարարության մեջ:
