ՆԳՆ Դիլիջանի քրեական հետախուզության պետ Արսեն Ղայթմազյանը Դիլիջանի հյուրանոցում հարձակվել և ծեծի է ենթարկել 16-ամյա մատուցողին, երբ վերջինս հայտնել է, որ հյուրանոցում սենյակ ամրագրելու համար պետք է կանխավճար թողնել։ Այս մասին «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց տուժող Արամ Ամիրյանի ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Սասուն Ռաֆաելյանը։

Տուժողի ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Սասուն Ռաֆաելյանը «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում մանրամասներ ներկայացրեց դեպքից՝ հայտնելով, որ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել երեկոյան՝ ժամը 23.30-ի սահմաններում, երբ իր վստահորդը, գտնվելով աշխատավայրում, նկատել է, որ ավտոկայանատեղիում կայանվել է «Տոյոտա» մակնիշի սև գույնի ավտոմեքենա, ինչից հետո վարորդը իջել է ավտոմեքենայից, մոտեցել տղային՝ տուժողին, խնդրել, որ իրեն տրամադրեն սենյակ, ցանկացել է հյուրանոցային համալիրում գիշերել։

«Իմ վստահորդի կողմից, բնականաբար, որևէ առարկություն չի ներկայացվել, ուղղակի խնդրանք է ներկայացվել,որ նախապես վճարում կատարվի, ինչից ոստիկանության աշխատակիցը բորբոքվել է և հարձակվել Արամ Ամիրյանի վրա, սկսել հարվածներ հասցնել նրա գլխի և մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, ինչից հետո Ամիրյանը մի կերպ ուղղակի կարողացել է դիմել փախուստի»,- հայտնեց փաստաբանը։

Դիտարկմանը, որ հրապարակված կադրերում երևում է, որ դեպքին ականատես է նաև տղամարդ, որը փաստացի չի միջամտում՝ անչափահասին օգնություն տրամադրելու համար, Ռաֆաելյանն արձագանքեց՝ նշելով, որ հիշյալ անձի հետ որևէ խոսակցություն չի ունեցել, հավանաբար, վախեցել է։

«Եթե դատենք տուժողի տեսքից, ապա վերջինս փորձում է ընդամենը պաշտպանվել, անգամ չի փորձում հարվածել ինքնապաշտպանության նպատակով, ընդամենը պաշտպանվում է և հնարավորության դեպքում դիմում փախուստի»,-նշեց Ռաֆաելյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ դեպքից հետո անձն առ այսօր դարձել է ինքնամփոփ, չի շփվում այլ անձանց հետ, վախեր է առաջացել։ «Հաշվի առնենք, որ անձն ընդամենը 16 տարեկան է և, բնականաբար, լավ օրից չէ, որ 16 տարեկանում որոշել է մատուցող աշխատել։ Այսինքն՝ ունեցել է գումարի կարիք, 16 տարեկանում եկել է աշխատելու և բռնության ենթարկվել՝ ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ գտնվող ոստիկանության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի կողմից»,- ասաց տուժողի ներկայացուցիչը։
