Երկու արգելքից հետո, Փաշինյանին տեղափոխող ինքնաթիռին թույլատրվել է մտնել Թուրքիայի օդային տարածք

«Հետք»-ը գրում է՝ ապրիլի 25-ին Երեւանում «Նեմեսիս» գործողության մասնակիցների հուշարձանի բացումից հետո Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Չավուշօղլուն հայտարարեց թուրքական երկնքով դեպի երրորդ երկրներ մեկնող հայկական օդանավերի մուտքն իրենց օդային տարածք արգելելու մասին:
Ավելի ուշ նույն պաշտոնյան հայտնեց, որ արգելքը վերաբերում է նաեւ ՀՀ VIP անձանց տեղափոխող օդանավերին՝ նկատի ունենալով, մասնավորապես, ՀՀ կառավարական ինքնաթիռը, որը սպասարկում է վարչապետին, նախագահին ու այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների:
«Այդուհանդերձ, օրերս ականատես եղանք Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարի խոսքերի հակառակ պատկերին:
Չնայած քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի ոլորտը կարգավորող Չիկագոյի կոնվենցիայի համաձայն՝ Թուրքիան իրավունք չունի իր օդային տարածքի օգտագործման նման խտրական մոտեցում կիրառել, այս երկիրը վաղուց ապացուցել է, որ կարեւորն իր համար սեփական քաղաքական շահն ու մոտիվներն են, այլ ոչ թե միջազգային կոնվենցիայով ստանձնած պարտավորությունները հարգելն ու դրանց հետեւելը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2020-2022 թթ. եւս Թուրքիան խոչընդոտներ էր ստեղծել ոչ միայն ՀՀ պետական, այլեւ մասնավոր շահագործողների օդանավերի համար: 2022-ին պետական միակ ինքնաթիռը կրկին սկսեց տարանցիկ չվերթեր կատարել Թուրքիայի երկնքով, բայց ՀՀ-ում գրանցված մյուս օդանավերը, որոնք շահագործվում են տարբեր ընկերությունների ու անձանց կողմից, թուրքական օդով տարանցիկ (տրանզիտ) չվերթ կատարելու խոչընդոտների են բախվում, ինչի հետեւանքով ստիպված են լինում ընտրել այլ երթուղի, որը կշրջանցի այդ երկրի օդային տարածքը:
Այսինքն՝ Չավուշօղլուի վերջին հայտարարություններից առաջ էլ հայկական գրանցում ունեցող ոչ պետական օդանավերը Թուրքիայի օդը տարանցելու խնդիր ունեին, սակայն թուրք պաշտոնյայի ասածը նորություն էր նրանով, որ արգելքն այդուհետ տարածվում էր այլ երկրներում գրանցված, բայց հայկական ընկերությունների անվան տակ թռիչքներ կատարող օդանավերի վրա:
Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, հայկական «Fly One Armenia»-ի կողմից շահագործվող, բայց Մոլդովայում գրանցված օդանավերի մասին է, որոնք դեպի Ֆրանսիա չվերթեր էին կատարում, սակայն «Նեմեսիսի» հուշարձանի բացումից հետո Թուրքիան արգելեց դրանց տարանցիկ չվերթերը:
