«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ստեղծված անվտանգային լարված իրավիճակին զուգահեռ Արցախում ներքաղաքական ինտրիգները շարունակվում են։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, օրերս Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հանդես եկավ ուղերձով, որտեղ, ի թիվս այլ կետերի, առանձին անդրադարձ կար ներքաղաքական գործընթացներին։ Մասնավորաբար, Հարությունյանը նշել էր, որ ճգնաժամային ծանր իրադրությամբ պայմանավորված՝ դադարեցնում է արտահերթ նախագահական և խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ կազմակերպելու շուրջ բոլոր տեսակի քննարկումները, ինչպես նաև վերջին օրերին ԱԺ նախագահի կողմից առաջարկված վստահության հանրաքվե կազմակերպելու շուրջ մտքերի փոխանակումները:

Նաև ընդգծել էր, որ պատրաստ է բոլոր խորհրդարանական և արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի հետ համագործակցության, որի ինստիտուցիոնալ հիմնական հարթակը Անվտանգության խորհուրդն է: Այս կերպ նա փաստացի ակնարկում է, որ Արցախի պետական կառավարման համակարգում նոր կառույց ստեղծելու մասին գաղափարը հօդս է ցնդում։ Ի դեպ, հատկանշական է, որ Սամվել Բաբայանին քաղաքական քննարկումներ անցկացնելու առաջարկն արել էր Հարությունյանի թիմակից Արթուր Թովմասյանը. թերթի տեղեկություններով, Թովմասյանը դա արել է Սամվել Բաբայանի դրդմամբ։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Հարությունյանի հայտարարության նշյալ կետն ուղղակիորեն հասցեագրված էր Բաբայանին, որն ակտիվ քաղաքական կոնսուլտացիաներ է իրականացնում Արցախում՝ հանդիպելով հանրության տարբեր շերտերի հետ։

Արցախյան մեր աղբյուրը հայտնում է, որ Բաբայանը, որն իր վերջի հանրահավաքի ժամանակ հայտարարել էր, թե պատրաստվում է 10 օրից նոր հանրահավաք կազմակերպել, այս փուլում «պաուզա» է վերցրել և փորձում է թեման շրջանցել, քանզի հասկացել է, որ հանրահավաքին մարդ չի հավաքվելու, և հերթական անգամ այն ձախողվելու է։ Թերթի տեղեկություններով, Բաբայանն այսօր Արցախում փաստացի ոչ մի աջակցություն չունի, ընդ որում՝ ոչ միայն քաղաքական, այլև հանրային տիրույթում, իսկ միակ քաղաքական «կռիշը» Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է, որն իր տեղեկատվական բլոկի միջոցով փորձում է հանրային տիրույթում Բաբայանին «հարց լուծող» ներկայացնել և որպես միֆական կերպար մատուցել։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, Բաբայանին Փաշինյանն է հորդորել, որ Արցախի ներսում կարող է իշխանություն վերցնել, իսկ Հարությունյանի կողմից իրականացված քայլերից հետո Բաբայանը հայտնվել է փակուղում և չգիտի իր հետագա քայլերի հաջորդականությունը։
