ECONOMICSԱյս օրերին Ազգային ժողովի մշտական հանձնաժողովներում քննարկվում է 2022 թվականի բյուջեի կատարման հաշվետվությունը. հաշվետվության մեկնարկը տվեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ հայտարարելով, որ 2022 թվականի բյուջեով իրենց Կառավարությունն արձանագրել է՝ ստվերի կրճատման և բարեփոխումների աննախադեպ ռեկորդային բարձր ցուցանիշներ։
«2022 թվականին ՀՀ-ում 12.6 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ է արձանագրվել, որը վերջին 15 տարիների համար աննախադեպ բարձր ցուցանիշ է»,- շեշտել է Փաշինյանը։
168 TV-ի «Ռեվյու» հաղորդաշարի եթերում Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը, ի պատասխան Փաշինյանի այն շեշտադրմանը, որ 12.6 տոկոս տնտեսական աճը Կառավարության վարած քաղաքականության արդյունքն է, նշեց՝ տնտեսական աճի պատճառն ամեժենևին էլ կապ չունի Կառավարության բարեփոխումների հետ. ավելին՝ հրապարակված վիճակագրական պաշտոնական թվերը հերքում են Փաշինյանի՝ ԱԺ-ում արած հայտարարությունները։
«Օրինակ՝ ըստ հրապարակված վիճակագրության՝ սննդամթերքի արտադրությունն աճել է ընդամենը 7.1 տոկոսով, և այդ ցածր թիվը մենք ունեցել ենք այն դեպքում, երբ մեր երկիր է այցելել 1 միլիոն 700 հազար զբոսաշրջիկ, որոնք սննդամթերք են սպառել։ Աճել է առևտուրը, որի մեջ մանրածախն աճել է ընդամենը 2.6 տոկոսով, իսկ ավտոմեքենաների առևտուրն աճել է 47.2 տոկոսով, մեծածախ առևտուրը՝ 26 տոկոսով։ Ավտոմեքենաների և մեծածախ առևտրի աճը փաստում է, որ Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան և Արևմուտք և հակառակ ուղղությամբ տեղի է ունենում ապրանքների ներմուծում և վերարտահանում, հետևաբար, ի՞նչ բարեփոխման մասին կարող է խոսք լինել»,- ասաց Սարգսյանը՝ ընդգծելով՝ Հայաստանում արձանագրված տնտեսական ցուցանիշները պայմանավորված են Ռուսաստանի և Արևմուտքի միջև միջնորդ հարթակ դառնալու հանգամանքով և ոչ ավելին, իսկ Կառավարության գործունեության իրական պատկերը տալիս են այլ ոլորտներ։
«Օրինակ՝ բանկային գործունեությունն աճել է 67.7 տոկոսով, բանկերը գերշահույթներ են ստանում՝ աղքատացնելով ժողովրդին, աճել է նաև խաղատների գործունեությունը՝ 44.2 տոկոսով»,- ասաց Սարգսյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ Փաշինյանը ստում է՝ 180 աստիճանով այլ պատկեր է ներկայացրել՝ չասելով, որ տնտեսությունն աճել է ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի, բանկերի և խաղամոլության հաշվին։
