Ելիսեյան պալատը հայտարարություն է տարածել Քիշնևում Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի, Ֆրանսիայի, Գերմանիայի և Եվրոպական խորհրդի ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ հնգակողմ հանդիպման արդյունքներով։

«ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը` Քիշնևում կայացած Եվրոպական համայնքի երկրորդ գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակներում Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի, Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցի և Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի հետ բանակցություններ են անցկացրել:

«ՀՀ վարչապետը և Ադրբեջանի նախագահը վերահաստատել են 2022 թ. հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Պրահայում ձևակերպված իրենց պարտավորությունները` Ալմա Աթայի հռչակագրով որոշված սահմանների պահպանման վերաբերյալ: Նրանք վերահաստատել են Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության փոխադարձ հարգումը:

Եվրոպական առաջնորդները Հայաստանին ու Ադրբեջանին կոչ են արել հավատարիմ մնալ իրենց ստանձնած բոլոր պարտավորություններին, մասնավորապես` ռազմագերիների շուտափույթ ազատ արձակման վերաբերյալ: Նրանք նաև ընդգծել են Եվրամիության դիտորդական առաքելության կարևորությունը՝ ի նպաստ Հայաստանի։

Կողմերը նաև ընդգծել են ԼՂ հայերի իրավունքների և անվտանգության երաշխիքների ներդրման կարևորությունը:

Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը հատուկ ընդգծել է ցանկացած թշնամական հռետորաբանությունից հրաժարվելու և ի նպաստ տարածաշրջանի ողջ բնակչության` խաղաղության վերականգնման ուղղությամբ ջանքերի շարունակման կարևորությունը»:
