Կառավարությունը 4.4 մլրդ դրամ հատկացրեց 15.1 կմ ճանապարհ հիմնանորոգելու համար

Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ հունիսի 1-ի նիստում հաստատեց «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2023 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին» օրենքում վերաբաշխում, փոփոխություններ ու լրացումներ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 29-ի N 2111-Ն որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ ու լրացումներ և գնման պայմանագրերում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին նախագիծը:
«Նախագծով նախատեսում ենք ֆինանսական միջոցներ հատկացնել ՏԿԵ նախարարությանը, որի շրջանակներում կիրականացվեն ճանապարհաշինական մի շարք ծրագրեր: Նախատեսում ենք ֆինանսավորել 2023-ի հիմնանորոգման ծրագրով նախատեսված մի շարք օբյեկտներ, ճանապարհահատվածներ, ինչպես նաև ֆինանսավորել որոշ ճանապարհահատվածներ, որոնք մեկնարկել էին 2022 թվականին, բայց պետք է շարունակվեն և ավարտվեն 2023 թվականին, ֆինանսավորեն ճանապարհահատվածներ, որոնք ավարտվել են 2022 թվականին, ներկայումս գտնվում են շահագործման ընդունման գործընթացում, և անհրաժեշտ է կատարել հետավարտական 5 տոկոսի վճարումներ: Նախագծում ներառված հիմնանորոգվող ճանապարհների ընդհանուր երկարությունը 15.1 կմ է, որից 7.2 կմ-ը՝ միջպետական, 4 կմ-ը՝ հանրապետական և 3.9 կմ-ը տեղական նշանակության ճանապարհահատվածներ են»,- ասաց ՀՀ ՏԿԵ նախարարի տեղակալ Քրիստինե Ղալեչյանը:
Նախարարի տեղակալը նշեց, որ նախագծի ընդունման արդյունքում ճանապարհային ցանցի բարելավում ծրագրով նախատեսված միջոցառումների շրջանակներում ընդհանուր առմամբ առաջարկվում է ֆինանսավորել շուրջ 4 մլրդ 294 մլն 441 հազար դրամի չափով ֆինանսական միջոցներ, որից շինարարական աշխատանքների գծով կնախատեսվեն 4 մլրդ 223 մլն 775 հազար դրամի չափով ֆինանսական միջոցներ. մնացած գումարը կնախատեսվի տեխնիկական հսկողության, հեղինակային հսկողության և երեք օբյեկտների գծով նախագծեր պատվիրելու աշխատանքները ֆինանսավորելու համար:
