ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
 
Հայաստանի, Արցախի և Սփյուռքի իմ շատ սիրելի՛ փոքրիկներ,
շնորհավոր ձեր տոնը։
 
Դուք մեր կյանքի իմաստն եք, մեզ ապրեցնողներն ու մեր շարունակությունը։ Դժվար պահերին դուք այն հույսն եք, որ ստիպում է մեծերին լինել ավելի պինդ ու ավելի ուժեղ։
 
Ցանկացած հայ ընտանիքում արվում է ամեն ինչ երեխաներին լավ կրթություն տալու, բարեկեցիկ ու ապահով կյանք պարգևելու համար, սակայն այսօր մեր ամենակարևոր առաքելությունը մեր զավակներին ինքնիշխան, անվտանգ ու ամուր սահմաններով հայրենիք ժառանգելն է:
 
Տոնական այս օրը ուզում եմ առանձնակատուկ գլուխ խոնարհել հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար իրենց կյանքը զոհաբերած մեր բոլոր հերոսների հիշատակի առաջ, ասել որ մենք բարոյական պարտք ունենք նրանց ընտանիքների կողքին մշտապես լինելու:
 
Հենց այդ ընտանիքներում հնչող յուրաքանչյուր նոր ծնվող մանկան ճիչն է մեր լինելիության գրավականը, մեր ազգի հարատևությունն ապահովողը:
 
Փա՛ռք մեր բոլոր հերոսներին:
 
Ջերմագին շնորհավորանքս եմ ուղղում նաև շրջափակված Արցախի մեր բոլոր բալիկներին, մաղթում որպեսզի սա վերջին փորձությունը լինի, որն իրենք ստիպված են հաղթահարել: Դժվարին այս օրերին Արցախում ծնվող յուրաքանչյուր նոր երեխա գալիս է ապացուցելու, որ արցախցու կամքն անկոտրուն է, պայքարն՝ աննահանջ, պահանջատիրությունը՝ արդարացի:
 
Սիրելի՛ փոքրիկներ, ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորելով այս լուսավոր ու պայծառ տոնի առթիվ՝ մաղթում եմ առողջություն ու երջանկություն, ամենանվիրական երազանքների իրականացում:
