«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Մայիսի 24-ին «Համախմբում» շարժման, Արցախի Հանրապետության «Արդարություն» կուսակցության, ՀՅԴ Արցախի կառույցի և Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցության միջև Երևանում և Ստեփանակերտում «Հանուն Արցախի փրկության» համագործակցության հուշագիր է ստորագրվել։ ԱՀ ԱԺ «Արդարություն» խմբակցության ղեկավար Դավիթ Գալստյանը «Փաստին» հայտնել է, որ հուշագրի հիմքում Արցախի խնդիրը, արցախահայության ինքնորոշման հարցը միջազգային հարթակներում առաջ տանելն է։ «Հայաստանում պետք է ունենանք այնպիսի իշխանություններ, որոնք հայկական շահերով պետք է շարժվեն. հանուն հայրենիքի պայքարելու ենք այն ամենի դեմ, ինչը հակասում է այս թեզերին»,-ասաց նա։
Հուշագրի ստորագրումը, Գալստյանի խոսքով, բխում է ՀՀ իշխանությունների քայլերից, որոնք նաև Արցախն ու Հայաստանը միմյանցից մասնատելու խնդիր ունեն։ «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ կյանքի կոչվող չարաբաստիկ ծրագրի խնդիրներից մեկը ԱրցախՀայաստան մասնատումն է։ Այդ ծրագիրը կարելի է վիժեցնել միայն մի ճանապարհով՝ միասնական համագործակցություն, համախմբումներ՝ հանուն Հայաստանի և Արցախի Հանրապետությունների։ Միասնականության գաղափարի կողմնակից ուժերը՝ լինի կուսակցություն, շարժում, պետք է իրար հետ գործեն թե՛ Արցախում, թե՛ Հայաստանում։ Նման հուշագրերով փորձում ենք հանրությանը ցույց տալ, որ Հայաստան ասելով՝ չենք հասկանում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու իր խունտային, Արցախ ասելով՝ օրվա իշխանություններին։
Պետք է կարողանանք առավելագույնս համագործակցել, դրանով իսկ համախմբվել և դուրս գալ այս ճգնաժամային իրավիճակից։ Ազգային շահով առաջնորդվող քաղաքացիները, գործիչները, հեղինակություն վայելող անձինք բոլոր հնարավոր շերտերով պետք է փորձեն համագործակցել»,-ասաց նա՝ շեշտելով, որ պետք է օրվա իշխանություններին ցույց տալ, որ միասնական ենք։ Խոսելով հուշագրից բխող գործողությունների պլանից՝ նա նշեց, որ Արցախում ու Հայաստանում բոլոր հարցերում պետք է համահունչ, մեկը մյուսին ոչ թե հակառակ, այլ լրացնող քայլեր արվեն։
«Եթե Արցախում մենք ինչոր քայլեր ենք նախաձեռնում, ապա դրանք պետք է տեղափոխվեն Հայաստան, եթե Հայաստանում են քայլեր նախաձեռնվում, պետք է տեղափոխվեն Արցախ։ Եթե պետական մակարդակով փորձում են չեզոքացնել կապերը, հասարակական մակարդակով հակառակը պետք է անենք, որն իրենց այդ պառակտիչ գործողությունները վերջնանպատակին չհասնեն։ Պետք է վիժեցնել ժողովրդին կիսելու իրենց ծրագիրը. մեր փրկությունը դա է լինելու»,-ասաց Գալստյանը։
