Հայաստանի գործող ատոմակայանի գործունեության լիցենզիան մինչև 2026 թվականի համար է, կա խնդիր ատոմակայանի գործունեության ժամկետը երկարաձգել մինչև 2036 թվականը. Ատոմակայանի գործունեության ժամկետը երկարաձգելու ուղղությամբ մեծածավալ աշխատանքներ են տարվել անցած տարի, այս տարի էլ այդ աշխատանքները շարունակվում են։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 30-ին, ԱԺ հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում 2022 թվականի բյուջեի կատարողականի քննարկման ժամանակ նշել է Հայաստանի տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, արդեն սկսվել են Հայաստանում նոր ատոմակայան կառուցելու շուրջ քննարկումները, հիմա են սկսել նոր ատոմակայանից խոսել, որովհետև ատոմակայանների կառուցումը բավականին երկար է տևում։
Նախապատրաստական փուլն էլ, ըստ Սանոսյանի, բավականին երկար է, մոտ երկու տարի պետք է նախապատրաստվելու համար, 8 կամ 10 տարի էլ՝ կառուցելու համար։
Սանոսյանն ընդգծեց, որ նոր ատոմակայանի կառուցումը բարդ ընտրություն է ենթադրում, քանի որ հարկավոր է հասկանալ, թե ինչ հզորության ատոմակայան է կառուցվելու, իսկ դա հասկանալու համար բազմաթիվ գործոններ պետք է հաշվի առնվեն։
«Ու քանի որ նոր ատոմակայանը կառուցվում է 100 տարվա համար, մենք պետք է 2036 թվականից ու դրան հաջորդող 100 տարիների համար հաշվարկներ անենք։ Օրինակ, մենք պետք է հաշվենք, թե 2080 թվականին մենք որքան էլեկտրաէներգիա կտանք Իրանին կամ կտա՞նք, թե՞ չենք տա, Վրաստանին էլեկտրաէներգիա կտա՞նք, թե՞ չենք տա։ Պետք է հասկանալ, թե ինչպիսին կլինեն Հայաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունները, Թուրքիան Հայաստանից էլեկտրաէներգիա կգնի՞, թե՞ ոչ, որովհետև Թուրքիայի արևելյան շրջանները հիմա դրա կարիքն ունեն»,- մանրամասնեց Սանոսյանը։
Նաև պետք է հասկանալ, թե ինչպիսին կլինի տեղական սպառումը։ Պետք է հասկանալ՝ ատոմային, ջրային, արևային էներգիաները լինելու են որոշակի համաչափությա՞մբ, թե՞ ատոմակայանից կախվածությունը շատ պետք է լինի։
Սանոսյանի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը հիմա լավ բալանս ունի, էներգետիկ համակարգն ատոմակայանից շատ կախվածություն չունի։ Որպես օրինակ նախարարը նշեց այն փաստը, որ ատոմակայանի աշխատանքն այս պահին կանգնած է, սակայն լուրջ խնդիրների դա չի հանգեցրել։
