2023թ. մայիսի 28-ին, ժամը 21.00-ի սահմաններում, Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի Ա.Առաքելյան-17 հասցեում տեղակայված՝ ԱՀ ՆԳՆ ԱԻՊԾ վարչական շենքի դիմացի ավտոկայանատեղում տարաձայնությունների պարզաբանման շուրջ վիճաբանություն է առաջացել մի կողմից՝ Հ. Հ.-ի, և Ա. Հ.-ի, մյուս կողմից՝ Ա. Ա.-ի և Ա. Խ.-ի միջև, որի ընթացքում նշված անձինք, խմբով, անթաքույց կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգն ու վարքագծի համընդհանուր ճանաչում ստացած նորմերը, բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք արտահայտելով հասարակության նկատմամբ և խաթարելով ԱՀ ՆԳՆ ԱԻՊԾ հերթապահների բնականոն աշխատանքը, դիտավորյալ կոպիտ կերպով խախտել են հասարակական կարգն ու բարձրաձայն հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնելով և հարվածներ հասցնելով՝ բռնություն են գործադրել միմյանց նկատմամբ, որից հետո Հ. Հ.-ն իր անվամբ հաշվառված «MP BAIKAL 422» տեսակի ատրճանակի բռնակով դիտավորյալ հարվածել է նշված վայրում կայանված՝ Ա. Ա.-ի վարմամբ «Տոյոտա Պրադո» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի հետևի աջ դռան ապակուն և ջարդել այն, իսկ վերջինս, ենթադրաբար վիճաբանությունը դադարեցնելու նպատակով, իր անվամբ հաշվառված «CZP-10M» տեսակի ատրճանակով դեպի օդ արձակել է մեկ կրակոց: Հաղորդում են Արցախի դատախազությունից։

Այնուհետև, նշված դեպքի առթիվ համապատասխան գործողություններ իրականացնելու նպատակով, ԱՀ Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի Դ. Բեկ փողոցում տեղակայված՝ ԱՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի վարչություն հրավիրված Ա. Ա.-ի և Ա. Խ.-ի ներկայանալուց հետո, նույն օրը, ժամը 22:30-ի սահմաններում, նշված վարչության դիմացի ճանապարհահատվածում Վ. Մ.-ն դիտավորյալ բռնություն գործադրելով հարվածներ է հասցրել Ա.Ա,-ին, որից հետո մի կողմից՝ Ա. Ա.-ն և Ա, Խ,-ն, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ Վ, Մ.-ն ու քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված այլ անձինք, խմբով, անթաքույց կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգն ու վարքագծի համընդհանուր ճանաչում ստացած նորմերը, բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք արտահայտելով հասարակության և ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ, խաթարելով նշված ճանապարհահատվածի բնականոն երթևեկությունն ու ԱՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի վարչության հերթապահ մասի բնականոն գործնեությունը, բարձրաձայն հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնելով՝ բռնություն են գործադրել միմյանց նկատմամբ, կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարական կարգը:

Նշված փաստերի առթիվ 29.05.23թ. ԱՀ ոստիկանության Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքային վարչության կողմից ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 269-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, 269-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով և 269-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Վերոհիշյալ անձինք ձերբակալվել են:
