Ադրբեջանը չի էլ թաքցնում իր նպատակները. Արցախի ՄԻՊ

Արցախի ՄԻՊ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանն արձագանքել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի վերջին հայտարարություններին․
«Ալիևի հայտարարությունները հստակ ցուցիչ են այն բանի, որ Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքների և անվտանգության ապահովման մասին բոլոր խոսակցությունները դատարկաբանություններ են։
Արցախի Հանրապետության պետականությունն ու պետական մարմինները ձևավորվել են Արցախի ժողովրդի կամարտահայտության արդյունքում՝ ինքնորոշման բնական իրավունքի իրացման ճանապարհով և միտված են սպասարկելու Արցախի ժողովրդի հիմնարար իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները։
Դրանց դեմ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի վերջին հայտարարությունները և դրանցում պարունակվող սպառնալիքները փաստացի ևս մեկ անգամ բացահայտում են, թե ինչ նպատակներ են թաքնված բանակցությունների ժամանակ «իրավունքների և անվտանգության ապահովման» ադրբեջանական խոստումների ներքո։
Ալիևի հայտարարություններն ազդակ պետք է լինեն հակամարտության կարգավորման մեջ ներգրավված բոլոր կողմերի համար, որ առանց Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ճանաչման, այլ իրավունքների և ազատությունների ապահովման մասին խոսակցությունները հիմնազուրկ են և իրականությունից կտրված։ Ավելին, դրանք Ադրբեջանի կողմից օգտագործվում են հայատյացության օրակարգը և Արցախի ժողովրդի նկատմամբ վարվող էթնիկ զտման քաղաքականությունը քողարկելու համար։
Ինչպե՞ս կարող է ողջամիտ մեկը հավատալ, որ քաղաքացիական անձանց դաժանաբար սպանողը, հայկական մշակութային արժեքների և անգամ հայկական գերեզմաների դեմ պատերազմ վարողը կամ շուրջ կես տարի Արցախի ժողովրդին դիտավորյալ շրջափակման մեջ պահող ու առանց գազամատակարարում և էլեկտրամատակարարում թողած Ադրբեջանը կարող է իրավունքներ և անվտանգություն ապահովել։
Իրողություններն առավել քան պարզ են ու հասկանալի․ Ադրբեջանը չի էլ թաքցնում իր նպատակները։ Հիշեցնում եմ բոլոր այն կողմերին, որոնք, այս պարզ ճշմարտությունները հասկանալով հանդերձ, չտեսնելու են տալիս կամ դիտավորյալ զբաղվում են ինքնախաբեությամբ, որ մարդկության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների կանխման պատասխանատվություն ունի միջազգային հանրությունը՝ որպես հավաքական հանրույթ, իսկ այդ պատասխանատվության ձախողումը բոլորի հանցակցությունն է»։
