Մենք արտաքին պարտքի կառավարման ռազմավարություն ունենք և կառավարության ծրագրով արձանագրել ենք, որ  մինչև 2026 թվականը պարտքի ցուցանիշը ՀՆԱ-ի  նկատմամբ 60 տոկոսից ցածր լինելու դեպքում մենք գոհ կլինենք: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 29-ին, ԱԺ հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում 2022 թվականի պետական բյուջեի կատարողականի քննարկման ժամանակ իր ելույթում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ, ըստ էության, այս ցուցանիշն իրենց իրականացրել են առաջանցիկ. «2022 թվականի արդյունքներով պարտք-ՀՆԱ ցուցանիշը կազմում է 46,7 տոկոս, այսինքն մենք մեր ՀՆԱ-ի 46,7 տոկոսով պետական պարտք ունենք՝  եւ ներքին, եւ արտաքին»։

Համեմատության համար Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ 2017 թվականին այդ ցուցանիշը եղել է  58,9 տոկոս։

«Պարտքի գնահատման առումով, այո, նոմինալ պարտքը մեծացել է, եւ մեծացել է հասկանալի պատճառներով: Օրինակ, մենք ունենք վարկային ծրագրեր։ Նաեւ կառավարումն է շատ մեծ ռեսուրսներ տարել ՀՀ-ից ու  արտաքին պարտքն այդ ժամանակ նույնպես մեծացել է: Պարտք ասելով՝ մենք նկատի ունենք վարկային բեռը»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը։

Նա նշեց, թե կառավարությունը պարտքը ծախսում է միայն կապիտալ նպատակներով. ընթացիկ  ծախսեր իրականացնելու համար պարտք չեն վերցնում, աշխատավարձ, թոշակ բարձրացնելու համար պարտք չեն վերցնում. «2022 թվականը եղել է աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման տարի»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը։
