Փաշինյանը հարցականի տակ է դնում Հայաստանի պետության միջազգային օրինականությունը. Ադոնց

«Երկրի մասին խոսել կադաստրի վկայականի փիլիսոփայության մեջ, դա խայտառակություն է, ամոթէ»։ Արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան, նախկին փոխարտգործ նախարար, Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության Հայաստանի հարցերով փոխնախագահ Ավետ Ադոնցն այսպես է բնորոշում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ԱԺ-ում արված հայտարարությունը՝ թե Հայաստանը կադաստրի վկայական չի ունեցել, և եթե Ադրբեջանը ճանաչի մեր տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, ապա այն կլինի մեր կադաստրի վկայականը և մենք կհաղթահարեն տնվորի մեր կարգավիճակը։
Դիվանգետն օգտագարոծելով Փաշինյանի բառապաշարը հակադարձում է՝ «առանց կադաստրի վկայականի ՄԱԿ-ի անդամ չեն դառնում»։
Ադոնցն հազարամյակների պատմություն ունեցող ազգի ներկայացուցիչներին տնվոր չի համարում. «Կադաստր և տնվոր... ողբամ ես, կարող եմ ասել։ Պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ է, որ որևէ պետության ղեկավար նման տիպի որակավորումներ տա իր իսկ սեփական պետությանը, իր իսկ սեփական ժողովրդի վերաբերյալ»:
Շուրջ 30 տարի դիվանագիտության բնագավառում պաշտոնավարած Ադոնցն ասում է, թե ցավում է, որ Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից Փաշինյանը խոսում է Հայաստանի պետության, պետականության մասին, նրա ձևակերպմամբ, թաղապետարանի մակարդակով՝ կոչ անելով Փաշինյանին պետությունը չհամեմատել կադաստրի հետ։
Նախկին փոխարտգործ նախարարի համոզմամբ՝ Փաշինյանը դեմարկացիայի և դելիմիտիացայի գործընթացը խորհրդարանում ներկայացրեց իբրև Ադրբեջանի կողմից կադաստրի վկայական ստանալու գործընթաց, այսինքն, ըստ վարչապետի, Ադրբեջանն է, որ պետք է ձևակերպի և ներկայացնի Հայաստանին այդ փաստաթուղթը։
Արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանը հիշեցնում է՝ Ադրբեջանը դեռ ինքն իր կադաստրի վկայականի փնտրտուքներում է։ 100-ամյա պետություն է ընդամենը, որի պետության կարգավիճակն անգամ հարցականի տակ է:
«Իսկ Փաշինյանը հարցականի տակ է դնում Հայաստանի պետության միջազգային օրինականությունը։ Սա արվում է այն դեպքում, երբ անկախ Հայաստանը դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ է հաստատել աշխարհի գրեթե բոլոր երկրների հետ, ինչը նշանակում է, որ այդ երկրները ճանաչում են Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը»,- Vesti.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց դեսպանը։
Ադոնցի գնահատմամբ՝ Փաշինյանը պրիմիտիվ, անընդունելի, մարդկանց արժանապատվությունը ոտնահարող հայտարարություններով իրականում փորձում է նախապատրաստել ժողովրդին՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրմանը, որով ինչպես ինքն է հայտարարել ճանաչում է Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կազմում։
Ընդորում, ըստ Ադոնցի, նման հայտարարությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ Փաշինյանը այդ բանակցություններում լուրջ ճնշումների տակ է, մինչդեռ ընդունված նորմերի համաձայն՝ ճնշումների ներքո չի կարող սահմանազատման գործընթաց վարել:
