«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունն առաջարկում է ընդունել ««Սևան» ազգային պարկի ռեկրեացիոն գոտում հանրային լողափերի ստեղծման մասին» նախագիծը: Դրա ընդունման նպատակը հանրությանը մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակի բարձրացումն է և հանրային լողափերի արդյունավետ շահագործումը, Սևանա լճի ափամերձ տարածքների պահպանությանը նպաստող բնապահպանական և բիոտեխնիկական միջոցառումների մշակումն ու ներդրումը, ինչպես նաև հանրության բոլոր շերտերի համար հասանելի հանգստի հնարավորությունը, անվճար ծառայություններ՝ մուտք լողափ, հանդերձարաններ, հանրային սանհանգույցներ, շվաքարաններ, երեխաների համար խաղահրապարակներ, միևնույն ժամանակ բացառելով առանց փրկարարական և բուժսպասարկման ծառայությունների լողափերի շահագործումը և ապահովելով բացառապես մաքրման կայանների միջոցով կեղտաջրերի մաքրումը:

Ներկայում գոյություն ունի 8 հանրային լողափ, որոնցից լողափնյա պարագաներով (պառկելաթոռներ, հովանոցներ, զուգարաններ, խաղահրապարակներ, ավտոկայանատեղիներ, հանդերձարաններ, նստարաններ, բուժկետ, փրկարարական կետ) կահավորված են միայն 3-ը: Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության «Սևան» ազգային պարկի հանրային մյուս լողափերը մրցութային կարգով երրորդ անձանց պատվիրակելու համար կազմակերպվել են հանրային լողափերի բարեկարգման, սպասարկման և կահավորման տրամադրման մրցույթներ, որոնց արդյունքում համապատասխան լողափերում արդեն իսկ իրականացվում են բարեկարգման և կահավորման աշխատանքներ և միայն Նորատուսի հանրային լողափն է, որը մրցութային կարգով երրորդ անձանց պատվիրակված չէ, քանի որ հայտարարված մրցույթներում դեռևս հայտ չի ներկայացվել: Նշվում է, որ գործող հանրային լողափերը մեծ ժողովրդականություն են վայելում, և ամառային հանգստի սեզոնին տարեկան այդ լողափերում իր հանգիստն է անցկացնում մինչև 90 000 քաղաքացի։

Գործող հանրային լողափերը Սևան քաղաքի հարակից լողափերում են և դրանցից հիմնականում օգտվում են Սևան համայնքից և Երևանից հանգստի մեկնած այցելուները: Մարզի տարածքի հավասարաչափ զարգացման և հանրապետության այլ մարզերից (Տավուշ, Լոռի, Վայք, Սյունիք) այցելուների համար անհրաժեշտ է կահավորել ինչպես չգործող հանրային լողափերը, այնպես էլ ստեղծել և կահավորել նոր՝ 4 հանրային լողափ՝ Լճափ, Շողակաթ, Գավառ և Մարտունի համայնքներին կից։ Արդյունքում նախատեսվում է ունենալ կահավորված և գրավիչ ծառայություններ մատուցող նոր հանրային լողափեր Սևանա լճի առափնյա չորս տարբեր հատվածներում, ինչպես նաև Սևանա լճի ափին հանրության բոլոր շերտերին հասանելի հանգստի հնարավորություն, անվճար ծառայություններ, ներդրումային ծրագրեր և հավել յալ աշխատատեղերի ստեղծում:
