«Գլորիա»-ի տնօրենի դստեր սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Լևոն Ավետիսյանը ցանկանում է 50 մլն դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակվել

«Գլորիա» կարի ֆաբրիկայի տնօրեն Բագրատիոն Դարբինյանի դստեր՝ Դիանա Դարբինյանի սպանության և նրա ամուսնու նկատմամբ իրականացված սպանության փորձի գործով մեղադրյալ Լևոն Ավետիսյանին գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել։
Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 28-ին` ժամը 01։30-ի սահմաններում. Երևանի «Հաղթանակ» զբոսայգու դիմաց կրակոցներ են հնչել, ինչի հետևանքով մահացել է «Գլորիա» կարի ֆաբրիկայի գլխավոր տնօրեն Բագրատիոն Դարբինյանի դուստրը՝ 27-ամյա Դիանա Դարբինյանը, իսկ նրա ամուսինը՝ ստացել հրազենային վնասվածք։ Կրակահերթն արձակվել է ինքնաձիգից, ինչն արձանագրվել էր նաև դեպքի վայրին հարակից հատվածներում գտնվող անվտանգության տեսախցիկներով։ Տևական ժամանակ իրավապահները փնտրում էին ենթադրյալ հանցանքը կատարած անձանց։ Արդյունքում, դեպքից միայն 9 ամիս անց՝ մայիսի 9-ին, ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը պաշտոնապես հաղորդագրություն տարածեց՝ հայտնելով, որ Բելառուսի Հանրապետությունում հայտնաբերվել և մայիսի 7-ին Հայաստան է տեղափոխվել 24-ամյա Լևոն Ավետիսյանը, որը 2021 թ. օգոստոսի 3-ից հետախուզվում էր ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի (2003թ) 34-104-րդ (Սպանության փորձը), 104-րդ (Սպանությունը) և մի շարք այլ հոդվածների մեղադրանքով:
Սպանության մեջ հիմնական մեղադրյալ Լևոն Ավետիսյանը Դիանա Դարբինյանի ամուսնու հետ բարեկամական կապ ունի։ Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակում է նաև Լևոն Սահակյանը, որը , ըստ մեղադրանքի Լևոն Ավետիսյանի հանցակիցն է։
Քրեական գործն արդեն երկու ամիս է, ինչ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Վարդան Գրիգորյանի վարույթում է։
«Փաստինֆո» -ն տեղեկացավ, որ նախնական դատալսումների ընթացքում դատարանն արդեն քննարկել է ամբաստանյալների խափանման միջոցի հարցը և որոշում կայացրել Լևոն Ավետիսյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն անփոփոխ թողնելու մասին՝ մերժելով պաշտպանության կողմի առաջարկած գրավի միջնորդությունը։ Մյուս մեղադրյալը՝ Լևոն Սահակյանը, ազատության մեջ է, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառված բացակայելու արգելքը։ Լևոն Ավետիսյանի պաշտպանները վերաքննիչ բողոք են ներկայացրել դատարանի որոշման դեմ՝ պահանջելով բեկանել առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումը, Լևոն Ավետիսյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոխարինել գրավով և գրավի չափ սահմանել 50.000.000 ՀՀ դրամը։ Բողոքը դեռևս քննության փուլում է։
