Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ընտանիքը 20 մլրդ դրամ կներդնի Արցախի կենսական նշանակության խնդիրների լուծման համար

Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ, Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը և «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժման նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամները Ստեփանակերտում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպմանը ներկայացրել են շարժման նպատակները, գործունեության ուղղությունները, կազմակերպական կառուցվածքը: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի գրասենյակից։

Նշվել է, որ ճակատը բաց է համագործակցության բոլոր այն ուժերի և կազմակերպությունների, անհատների համար, որոնք ընդունում են ազատ, անվտանգ, անկախ, երջանիկ, հայկական Արցախ ունենալու նպատակը:

Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նշել է, որ հենց այդ նպատակի շուրջ է վերջին ամիսներին հանրային լայն քննարկումների արդյունքում ձևավորվել Արցախի ապագայի տեսլականը, նախանշվել են բոլոր ուղղություններն ու վեր են հանվել խնդիները, մշակվել է ճանապարհային քարտեզ: «Տեղի է ունեցել նպատակի և գաղափարի, ոչ թե անձանց շուրջ համախմբում: Արցախի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերները չափազանց լուրջ են, և դրանց դիմակայելու համար լուրջ աշխատանք և լայն ներգրավվածություն է պահանջվում»,- նշել է նա:

Ճանապարհային քարտեզի հիման վրա նախագծվում են նաև ծրագրեր, որոնք բոլորը ծառայելու են նույն հիմնական նպատակին՝ ազատ, անվտանգ, երջանիկ ու հայկական Արցախ ունենալուն: «Մեզ սպասվող հսկայական աշխատանքը պահանջում է ֆինանսական հիմք: Այդ նպատակի համար սկզբնական փուլում իմ ընտանիքը կներդնի 20 միլիարդ դրամ։ Եվս 40 միլիարդ դրամ ակնկալում ենք ներգրավվել այն հայերից և Արցախի բարեկամներից, որոնք անտարբեր չեն Արցախի ու արցախահայության ճակատագրի նկատմամբ: Վստահ ենք, որ մարդիկ մեր կողքին կկանգնեն։ Դա այն գումարն է, որ կօգնի մեզ առաջին ամենադժվար փուլն անցնել և գնալ առաջ, հնարավորություն կտա Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատն իսկապես դարձնել համահայկական՝ օգտագործելով նաև համահայկական ռեսուրսները»,- ասել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։

Նա նշել է, որ համագործակցելու են և՛ կառավարության, և՛ տարբեր կազմակերպությունների ու անհատների հետ, իրականացվելու է թափանցիկ, հետևողական ու համակարգված աշխատանք. «Ժամանակն է լրջորեն անցնել գործի, այս իրավիճակում չգործել մենք պարզապես չենք կարող։ Իմիտացիաների ժամանակ չկա: Ցավոք, այս ընթացքում շատ խոստումներ են տրվել, բայց դրանք չեն կատարվել, դրա համար խոսքերը կորցրել են արժեքը:  Ամենօրյա իրական քայլեր պետք է արվեն: Համագործակցելու ենք բոլոր նրանց հետ, ովքեր պատրաստ են իրական գործ անել: Եթե մենք հիմա չսկսենք, եթե ինքներս մեզ ու աշխարհին ցույց չտանք, որ պատրաստ ենք պայքարել մինչև վերջ և այլ ճանապարհ չենք տեսնում, մեզ աշխարհը չի աջակցելու»։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ճակատի նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամները ներկայացրել ճանապարհային քարտեզների ձևավորման ուղղությամբ կատարված աշխատանքները, ճակատի կառուցվածքին վերաբերող հարցեր, պատասխանել հանդիպման մասնակիցների հարցերին:
