Ի՞նչ ստացավ Երեւանը Պուտին-Փաշինյան-Ալիեւ հանդիպումից

Երեկ Կրեմլում տեղի ունեցած Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների՝ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եւ Իլհամ Ալիեւի եռակողմ հանդիպումը, կարելի է համարել դիտարժան, ինչպես կասեր Լալա Մնացականյանը՝ «թատրոն»։ Սյուժեի սրությունն ապահովվեց բնականաբար Փաշինյան-Ալիեւ թեթեւ վեճով, որը Ռուսաստանի նախագահը ընդհատեց՝ դա անվանելով իրավաբանական տեխնիկայի եւ տերմինաբանության հարց, որը թեեւ կարեւոր է, սակայն ավելի կարեւոր է, որ կողմերը համաձայնության են եկել եւ ճանաչել միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։ Պուտինը փորձում էր սիրաշահել կողմերին՝ «հումորային սիրալիրություններ» շռայլեց Փաշինյանի կաբինետի հասցեին, խոսելով Հայաստանի երկնիշ տնտեսական աճի մասին, որի հետեւից ԵԱՏՄ մյուս պետությունները դեռ պետք է «վազեն», որ հասնեն։
Հայաստանի երկնիշ տնտեսական աճի մասով, միայն այն կարելի է ասել, որ նույնիսկ «եփած հավերին» է հասկանալի, որ դա ապահովվել է զուտ ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի եւ արեւմտյան սանկցիաների շնորհիվ։ Սակայն այդ աճը «գետնի վրա» ՀՀ շարքային քաղաքացու բարեկեցության մակարդակը չի փոխել, ըստ էության ոչ մի ազդեցություն մեր կյանքի վրա չի ունեցել, եթե իհարկե, ազդեցություն չհամարենք քննիչների, դատավորների եւ պետական ապարատի որոշ ներկայացուցիչների աշխատավարձերի շեշտակի բարձրացումն ու պարգեւավճարները։
Եթե թոշակառուն շարունակում է 40-50 հազար դրամ ստանալ ամսական եւ դրանով անգամ չոր հացի հարցը չի լուծում, ուրեմն մեր երկիրը սոցիալական երկիր չէ եւ ոչ մի տնտեսական աճ էր չի եղել։ Վերադառնանք եռակողմ հանդիպմանը՝ մոսկովյան բանակցությունները, ինչպես նկատել է քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը, կարելի է համարել տապալված եւ հաջորդ շաբաթ կայանալիք փոխվարչապետների մակարդակով աշխատանքային եռակողմ խմբի հանդիպումը Ռուսաստանի նախագահի «դեմքը փրկելու» միջոց էր ընդամենը։
Ընդ որում, տապալումը միայն Փաշինյանի մեղքով չէր։ Հակառակը՝ տպավորություն կար, որ դա Փաշինյան-Ալիեւ «պասերով խաղի» կամ «սինխրոն վարքագծի» հետեւանք էր։ Բազմիցս առիթ ենք ունեցել ասելու, որ Ադրբեջանը, ըստ ամենայնի, հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների եւ արցախյան հարցի կարգավորման «Արեւմտյան հարթակի» կողմն է հակված եւ սա նկատի ունենալով, ֆիքսենք, որ այն ինչ տեղի է ունենում, լիովին Ալիեւի սրտով է։
