Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ընդգծել է, որ տարբեր ոլորտներում Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի երկկողմ փոխգործակցությունը շարունակում է ակտիվորեն զարգանալ։
Վլադիմիր Պուտինն այս մասին ասել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպմանը։ «Ընդգծեմ, որ մեր առևտրաշրջանառությունը վտահ դրական դինամիկա է գրանցում։ Անցած տարի այն աճել է ավելի քան 83 տոկոսով, հասել է 5 միլիարդ դոլարի։ Այս տարվա հունվար-մարտին ավելացել է ևս 1․5 միլիարդ դոլարով։ Եթե այս պրոցեսը շարունակի ընթանալ նույն տեմպերով, մենք ակնհայտորեն կգերազանցենք նախորդ տարվա ռեկորդը։
Անդրադառնալով ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորմանը՝ Պուտինն ընդգծել է, որ ևս մեկ անգամ Հայաստանի վարչապետի հետ դեմ առ դեմ քննարկել է այդ հարցը, հնարավորություն կունենան նաև տրանսպորտային կոմունիկացիաների ապաարգելափակման հարցը քննարկել եռակողմ ֆորմատով հանդիպմանը՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի մասնակցությամբ։
«Հարցերը շատ կարևոր են, զգայուն։ Վստահ եմ, եթե մենք ի վերջո, չնայած բոլոր դժվարություններին, որոշումների հանգնենք այդ հարցերի վերաբերյալ, դա անկասկած շահավետ կլինի ինչպես Հայաստանի, այնպես էլ Ադրբեջանի համար, սակայն ոչ միայն այդ երկու երկրի համար։ Դա շահեկան կլինի ողջ տարածաշրջանի համար, որովհետև դրանով շահագրգռված են շատ պետություններ, և դա կնպաստի հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը բոլոր ուղղություններով, այդ թվում՝ քաղաքական ուղղությամբ այդ տարածքում ապրող մարդկանց անվտանգությունն ապահովելու տեսանկյունից»,- ասել է ՌԴ նախագահը։
Պուտինը նաև շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ վարչապետին Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստի աշխատանքներին ակտիվ մասնակցելու համար։
ՌԴ նախագահը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նաև այն բանի համար, որ վերջինս համաձայնվել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստին Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի մասնակցությանը։
