Հայաստանի դեմ տարվում է պատերազմ, որը վարում են Ադրբեջանը եւ նրա թիկունքում կանգնած Թուրքիան, բայց այդ երկրներն ունեն աջակցություն աշխարհի ամենահզոր տերություններից: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր Արմեն Այվազյանը:

«Նախ Արեւմուտքն է նրանց թիկունքում, ամեն ինչով աջակցում է նրանց: Երկրորդը, Ռուսաստանի քաղաքականությունը նույնպես անհասկանալի է եւ եթե այսպես շարունակվի, կստացվի, որ Ռուսաստանը եւս համաձայնեցրել է կամ Արեւմուտքի հետ, կամ Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի հետ Հայաստանի ոչնչացման ծրագիրը: Նրանք բոլորով դա իրականացնում են, կամ դեմ չեն, որ Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը իրականացնեն:

Այս համատեքստում ՀՀ ղեկավարությունը, որը պետք է մտածի Հայաստանի փրկության, Հայաստանի պաշտպանության մասին, հարձակում է գործում հայ ժողովրդի վրա, հայկական ինքնության վրա, Հայաստանի պետության միջազգային օրինականության, լեգիտիմության վրա՝ սպասարկելով այն ուժերին, որոնք ծրագրում են Հայաստանի ոչնչացումը: Ի՞նչ է նշանակում՝ Հայաստանը չունի «կադաստրի վկայական»: Այդպիսի հայտարարությունը ինքնին հարձակում է Հայաստանի վրա: Ոչ մի պետության ղեկավար իր պետության մասին նման բան չի ասել:

Երկրորդ, ի՞նչ է դա նշանակում: Մենք պետք է փորձենք վերլուծել Փաշինյանի միտքը, որ հասկանանք, թե ինչ է ասում: Հետո կարող է ասել՝ դա նկատի չունեի, նա նկատի ունեի: Նա կարո՞ղ է բացատրել, թե ով է իրեն այդ «կադաստրի վկայականը» տալու:

Հայաստանը ճանաչված է որպես անկախ պետություն, Հայաստանը ՄԱԿ-ի փոքրաթիվ անդամներից է, որովհետեւ ՄԱԿ-ի 200 անդամները չեն ներկայացնում աշխարհի 5 հազարից ավելի էթնոսներին: Եթե այդպիսի հայտարարություն աներ քուրդ մի գործիչ, գուցե հասկանալի լիներ, որովհետեւ Քրդստան անունով անկախ պետություն չի եղել ու չկա: Իսկ Հայաստանը եւ եղել է եւ շատ երկար ժամանակ, եւ հիմա է»,-հայտարարեց Արմեն Այվազյանը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանը, թե կան մի քանի երկրներ, որոնք ուզում են հայերին այստեղից քշել, նրանց պետք է ներկայացնենք այդ «կադաստրի վկայականը», Այվազյանն ասաց. «Կան տասնյակ ՄԱԿ-ի անդամ երկրներ, որոնք ունեն տարածքային վեճեր այլ երկրների հետ: Օրինակ Արգենտինան Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հետ ունի տարածքային վեճ, Նեպալը ունի տարածքային վեճ Հնդկաստանի հետ, Հնդկաստանը՝ Պակիստանի հետ, Սիրան՝ Իսրայելի հետ, Ճապոնիան Ռուսաստանի հետ: Այդ ե՞րբ է Ճապոնիայի վարչապետը կանգնել ասել՝ մենք չունենք «կադաստրի վկայական»: Սա նպատակասլաց հարձակում է մեր պետության ու ժողովրդի դեմ:

Փաշինյանը չի բավարարվում Հայաստանի դեմ հարձակումներով եւ տարածքում է Հայաստանի ամբողջ պատմության դեմ եւ հայկական ինքնության դեմ: Երբ նա ասում է՝ Հայաստանն իր բազմահազարամյա պատմության մեջ երբեք «կադաստրի վկայական» չի ունեցել, այստեղ դարձյալ հարձակում  է կատարվում հայկական ինքնության դեմ: Փաշինյանն ասում է՝ մենք այստեղ տնվոր ենք: Սա թուրքական պատմագրության թեզն է»,- ընդգծեց Արմեն Այվազյանը:

«Ո՞վ է մեզ «կադաստրի վկայական» տվողը, էդ տվողը մեզ անվտանգության երաշխիք է տալո՞ւ: Նա դա է ուզում ասի, որ մեզ խոստացել են անվտանգության երաշխիք, եթե «կադաստրի թուղթ» ստանանք, այսինքն պայմանագիր կնքենք Ադրբեջանի հետ՝ հանձնելով ու հայաթափելով Արցախը, հանձնելով անկլավները: Ո՞վ է ասել, որ այդ նոր պայմանագիրը հարգվելու է, եթե նոյեմբերի 9-ը չի հարգվում»,-ասաց նա:
