Մինչև հիմա ես գիտեի, թե մինուս 20 ջերմաստիճանին եղջերուներն են իրենց լավ զգում, հիմա պարզվում է, որ կովերն էլ են իրենց լավ զգում: Այս մասին կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ ասաց իշխանական պատգամավոր Գուրգեն Արսենյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Վահան Քերոբյանի այն հայտարարությանը, որ խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանիների համար ինչքան ցուրտ պայմաններ այնքան լավ և որ մինուս 20-ը ավելի լավ է կենդանիների համար, քան + 25-ը։
Արսենյանը հարց ուղղեց նախարարին՝ կաթնամթերքի ու առհասարակ սննդի անվտանգության հետ կապված ինչ քննարկումներ են ընթանում։
Հարցին, սակայն, որոշեց պատասխանել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
«Ես մոտեցա ամբիոնին, որովհետև հասկացա, որ կովերի ցրտադիմացկունության մասին թեման դառնալու է սոցիալական ցանցերի թիվ մեկ քննարկման թեման։ 2018թ-ին, երբ ես արդեն վարչապետ էի, այդ թեմայով մի քննարկում ունեցա ՀՀ-ում գործունեություն ծավալող գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտի ամենահեղինակավոր կազմակերպության հետ և քննարկում էինք խելացի անասնագոմերի ծրագիրը։
Որպես գյուղում երկար տարիներ ապրած մարդ, երբ հարցրի, թե անասնագոմերի տաքացման հարցը ոնց է լուծվելու, ասացին՝ ինչ գոմերի տաքացման թեմա։ Աշխարհում, որտեղ որ կա կով, գոմ տաքացնելու հասկացություն գոյություն չունի․ կլինի դա հյուսիսում, թե հարավում։ Ես ձեզ երաշխավորում եմ, աշխարհում չկա մի անասնագոմ, որը տաքացվում է։ Եթե կովը ցրտադիմացկուն չէ, ուրեմն կով չէ ու այն կովը, որը օրը 10 լիտր կաթ է տալիս, ժամանակակից իմաստով ինքը կով չէ։ Օրը 10 լ կաթ տվող կովը տնտեսապես վնասաբեր է։ Խոշոր եղջերավոր անասունների ջերմությունը բավարար է, որ իրենք իրենց տաքացնեն»,- ասաց նա։
