Հայաստանում արևային էներգիայի կշիռը չնչին է

Հայաստանում 2022 թվականին վիճակագրական կոմիտեի տվյալներով արտադրվել է ընդհանուր առմամբ 8,9 միլիարդ կիլովատ ժամ էլեկտրաէներգիա։ Դրա ամենամեծ մասն ապահովել են ջերմային էլեկտրակայանները՝ 43,5 %։ Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայանն արտադրել է 32 %-ը, հիդրոէլեկտրակայանները՝ 21,8 %-ը։

Անցած տարվա կտրվածքով արևային կայանները դեռևս չափազանց փոքր կշիռ ունեն՝ ընդամենը 2,7 %, իսկ հողմակայանների կշիռը բացարձակ զրոյական է։ Ավելին, ըստ վիճակագրական կոմիտեի վերջին հաշվարկների, անցած տարի Հայաստանի էներգետիկ պահանջարկի միայն 22, 9 %-ն է ապահովել ներքին ռեսուրսներով՝ այդ թվում ջուր և այլ ռեսուրսներ, իսկ հիմնական վառելիքը, որից ստացվում է էլեկտրաէներգիան ներկրվել է, որի դիմաց հսկայական գումարներ է վճարել պետությունը և տնտեսվարողները։

Արևային կայանների փոքր 2.7% կշիռը չափազանց վտանգավոր է թե՛ տնտեսական և թե՛ քաղաքական առումով։ Թեև Հայաստանի իշխանությունները իրենց առջև հավակնոտ ծրագիր են դրել մինչև 2030 թվականը այդ ցուցանիշը հասցնել 15 %-ի, և փորձագետներն էլ նշում են, որ դա լիովին իրագործելի է շատ ավելի շուտ, քան 2030 թվականը, ակնհայտ է, որ այս պահի դրությամբ Հայաստանը ետ է մնում թե՛ տարածաշրջանում և թե՛ աշխարհում բազմաթիվ երկրներից արևային էներգիայի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող ընկերություններից։

Իհարկե, Հայաստանը լրջագույն խնդիրներ ունի ապահովելու իր էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը, դա նաև զուտ քաղաքական կարևորագույն հարց է մեր երկրի համար, ուստի և արևային էներգիայի արտադրության ծավալները պետք է բարձրացնել և ժամկետից շուտ գերազանցել նախանշված 15 %-ը՝ հնարավորության դեպքում շատ ավելի լուրջ և հավակնոտ նպատակներ դնելով։ Դրա համար կարևոր է ոչ միայն տնտեսական լուրջ ռեսուրսների ներգրավում, այլ նաև գործող իշխանությունների ռեալ քաղաքական կամքը։

Մեր երկրում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող միայն մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», ուստի դեռևս վաղ է խոսել լուրջ ծավալների մասին, սակայն արևային էներգիան է, որ հենց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տնտեսական, քաղաքական և էներգետիկ ապագան է։
