«Համախմբում» շարժման խորհուրդը խստորեն դատապարտում է Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումը զոհված զինծառայող Ժորա Մարտիրոսյանի մայր Գայանե Հակոբյանին կալանավորելու վերաբերյալ։
Մենք համոզված ենք, որ գործի արդար քննություն հնարավոր է տանել խափանման այլ, ավելի մեղմ միջոցներ կիրառելու պայմաններում։ Նման խիստ միջոցը ոչ թե նպատակ ունի ապահովել գործի արդար քննությունը, այլ պատժել , ֆիզիկական վնաս պատճառել առանց այն էլ հոգեկան մեծ տառապանք ապրած կնոջը։ Դատարանի այս որոշումը նաև բարոյական մեծ հարված է մեր ազգային արժանապատվությանը, պատերազմի հերոսների հիշատակին, և մարդկային բարոյականության նորմերին:
Դատարանին հորդորում ենք չտրվել քաղաքական ճնշումներին, վերանայել խափանման միջոցի մասին որոշումը՝ դրսևորելով հարգանք հանուն հայրենիքի զոհված հայորդիների հիշատակի և նրանց ծնողների զգացմունքների հանդեպ։ Գործող իշխանություններից պահանջում ենք դադարեցնել քաղաքական հետապնդումը զոհված զինծառայողի մոր հանդեպ, ակնհայտ քաղաքական ճնշումն արդարադատություն իրականացնող մարմինների հանդեպ, ինչպես նաև վերջ տալ սեփական ընդդիմախոսների դեմ ատելության անթաքույց քարոզին։
