«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Երեկ հայտարարություն է տարածել Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը՝ սթափվելու և առկա սպառնալիքներին համախմբված դիմակայելու կոչից զատ մասնավորաբար նշելով, թե «իշխանությունը Արցախում մեկ վայրկյանով անգամ չի կարող գետնին ընկնել»։ Սա բավական ուշագրավ է այն առումով, որ փաստացի ակնարկվում է Արցախում անիշխանության հնարավոր վտանգի մասին: Եվ, փաստացի, դա ցավալիորեն շատ մոտ է իրականություն դառնալուն՝ հաշվի առնելով այնտեղ ծավալվող իրադարձությունները: Փաստը մնում է փաստ, որ մինչ Արցախի շուրջ ավելի է սեղմվում թշնամական շրջափակման օղակը, Ստեփանակերտում ավելի բորբոքված բնույթ են ստանում իշխանության կամ կոնկրետ պաշտոնների համար պայքարի դրսևորումները:

Ինչպես հայտնի է, այդ «գործում» գերակտիվ է Սամվել Բաբայանը: Նա արդեն հասցրել է վերջին օրերին ի պաշտպանություն իր հնարավոր պետնախարարական կարիերայի ցույց կազմակերպել, հանդիպում ունենալ Արցախի նախագահի պաշտոնն զբաղեցնող Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հետ, ի լրումն՝ իշխանությունը (կամ պետնախարարի պաշտոնը) իրեն փոխանցելու թեմայով վերջնագրային բնույթի հայտարարություններ անել և այլն: Կարելի է կարծել, թե հիմա Արցախում իշխանությունն այնքան կարևոր բան է, որ, մնացած բանուգործը թողած, բոլորը պետք է ինքնամոռաց նետվեն իշխանության համար պայքարի, բանավեճերի, պարզապես վեճերի ու ներքին գզվռտոցների հորձանուտը: Բայց, ի վերջո, ի՞նչ նպատակ են հետապնդում նրանք, ովքեր ցանկանում են Արցախում իշխանություն կամ պաշտոն վերցնել: Արցախում հստակ գիտակցում են, որ այս ամենը իրականացվում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ուղիղ հրահանգով՝ իր «մասնաճյուղերի» միջոցով:

Իսկ ի՞նչ է ասում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը. նա բացեիբաց հայտարարում է, որ հանձնում է Արցախը: Այսինքն, ստացվում է, որ նա ցանկանում է Արցախում դիմադրության օջախներն իր «մարդկանց» միջոցով նվազեցնել և «հանձնումը» անցկացնել առանց ցնցումների: Այնպես չէ, որ Արցախի գործող իշխանությունները շատ մեծ դիմադրություն են ցույց տալիս այդ ծրագրին կամ վայելում են հանրության վստահությունը: Սակայն այսօր Արցախը ներքին ցնցումների տանելը կարող է օգտակար լինել միմիայն Ադրբեջանին: Դե, գուցե նաև Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին... Նույնիսկ ոչինչ չի փոխում այն հանգամանքը, որ, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը փորձում է նախագահին կից հերթական ամորֆ մարմինը ստեղծել, որն ընդամենը խորհրդակցական կարգավիճակ է ունենալու, թեպետ հիմա ամեն ինչ արվում է ուռճացրած ներկայացնելու դրա լիազորությունները:
