Այսօր կայացել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հանդիպումը Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ, որի ժամանակ Լավրովը հույս է հայտնել, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կկարողանա մասնակցել Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստին, որը կկայանա մայիսի 25-ին Մոսկվայում:

«Մենք շահագրգռված ենք առաջ մղել մեր ղեկավարների միջև բոլոր պայմանավորվածությունները, առաջին հերթին՝ առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցությունը, որը դարձել է ռուս-հայկական հարաբերությունների իրական լոկոմոտիվը: Կարծում եմ՝ կանդրադառնանք նաև մեր հարցերին՝ փոխգործակցությանը ՀԱՊԿ, ԵԱՏՄ և ԱՊՀ ինտեգրացիոն ասոցիացիաների շրջանակներում: Այսօրվա հանդիպումների հիմնական թեման Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորումն է, երեք երկրների ղեկավարների ստորագրած եռակողմ հայտարարությունների և համաձայնագրերի դերը: Դա շատ կարևոր է և պետք է վճռորոշ նշանակություն ունենա բոլոր հարցերի ու խաղաղության պայմանագրի վերաբերյալ բոլոր լուծումները գտնելու, ինչպես նաև հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման և սահմանների սահմանազատման հարցերում՝ հետագա սահմանագծմամբ»:

Լավրովը կարևորել է առաջընթացն այս բոլոր ոլորտներում և խաղաղության հաստատումը Հարավային Կովկասում:

«Ռուսաստանը պատմական դեր է խաղացել այս տարածաշրջանում և ունի ամենալուրջ շահերը։ Համոզված եմ, որ մեր դաշնակիցները դա հասկանում են։ Այս կարգավիճակով Ռուսաստանը կձգտի անել հնարավորը առաջիկա հանդիպումներն օգտակար դարձնելու և կոնկրետ արդյունքների հասնելու համար»,- ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը։

«Հայաստանը հավատարիմ է մնում եռակողմ հայտարարություններին և նպատակ ունի խաղաղություն հաստատել տարածաշրջանում»,- իր հերթին Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ զրույցում ասել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը:
 
«Ցավոք, իրավիճակը տեղում փոքր-ինչ այլ է, բանակցություններին զուգահեռ պարբերաբար նկատվում են սրացումներ Ադրբեջանի կողմից, ներխուժում Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածք, նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության խախտումներ։ Դրանցից վերջինը անցակետի ստեղծումն է Լաչինի միջանցքում, որը պետք է մնա Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության վերահսկողության ներքո: Ցավոք, չենք կարող փաստել, որ այսօր Լաչինի միջանցքը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության վերահսկողության ներքո է»,- ասել է Միրզոյանը։
 
Երկկողմ հանդիպումներից հետո Մոսկվայում մեկնարկել է ՌԴ, ՀՀ և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների եռակողմ հանդիպումը:
