Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարների 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության մեջ Լաչինի միջանցքը պետք է մնար ռուս խաղաղապահների հսկողության տակ, ցավոք, այժմ հնարավոր չէ արձանագրել, որ ՌԴ-ն վերահսկում է Լաչինի միջանցքը։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը Մոսկվայում իր ռուս գործընկերոջ՝ Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ հանդիպմանը։
«Ուրախ եմ, որ ևս մեկ հնարավորություն ունեմ կրկին խոսելու ցավոտ թեմաների, Հարավային Կովկասում տիրող իրավիճակի մասին, բանակցությունների հերթական փուլն անցկացնելու հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման շուրջ», - ասաց Միրզոյանը։
ԱԳՆ ղեկավարի խոսքով, Հայաստանը, ինչպես միշտ, շատ կառուցողական է մասնակցում բանակցություններին։ «Մենք կենտրոնացած ենք մեր տարածաշրջանում երկարաժամկետ խաղաղության վրա: Հայաստանը հավատարիմ է մնում մեր երկրների ղեկավարների 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի և դրան հաջորդող բոլոր եռակողմ հայտարարություններին։ Ցավոք սրտի, ինչպես ասում են, «տեղում» իրավիճակը մի փոքր այլ է. բանակցություններին զուգահեռ Ադրբեջանի կողմից պարբերաբար նկատվում է իրավիճակի սրացում։ Մենք տեսնում ենք ներխուժում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածք, տեսնում ենք նույն 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության կոպիտ խախտում: Վերջին նման խախտումը եղել է այն ժամանակ, երբ ադրբեջանական կողմը փորձել է անցակետ տեղադրել Լաչինի միջանցքում, թեև Լաչինի միջանցքի ռեժիմը շատ հստակ ձևակերպված էր նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության մեջ, որ պետք է մնա Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության վերահսկողության տակ։ Բայց, ցավոք, այժմ հնարավոր չէ հայտարարել, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը հիմա վերահսկում է Լաչինի միջանցքը»,- նշել է Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը։
