Ուզում եմ դիմումով, կոչով, հորդորով, խնդրանքով դիմել Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին:

Դուք գիտեք, նաև վերջին հանրահավաքի ժամանակ ասել եմ,որ մասնակցել եմ բոլոր այն հանրահավաքներին, որոնց ինձ հրավիրել են:

Պարո´ն նախագահ, ես երբեք չեմ խառնվել Ձեր գործերին, դուք էլ ՝Ազգային ժողովի: Ես մոդել եմ առաջարկել, որը հետևյալն է՝ ոչ թե ամորֆ մարմին եմ առաջարկել ,այլ այն մարմինը, որը մեզ փրկել է 90-ականներին, այն է՝ պաշտպանության պետական կոմիտեն: Ես երկրի նախագահին առաջարկել եմ այդ կազմում երկու մարդու ընդգրկել ՝Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին և Սամվել Բաբայանին: Ես չգիտեմ նրանց կարծիքը, շատ հնարավոր է, որ հրաժարվեն:
