Էս որ սենց օրը ցերեկով զոհվածի տղի մոր եք կանդալում, տեսարաններ ապահովելով տանում քաղմաս, մի 15 ժամ պահում, բա ձեր իրական պարտականություններն ո՞վ պիտի կատարի։ Չնայած ճիշտ ա՝ ձերը պտի քաղաքական պատվեր ըլնի, որ սուս ու փուս անեք։

Հիմա ավելի կոնկրետ։

Էսօր առավոտ 10-ին Երևանի Դերենիկ Դեմիրճյանի անվան թիվ 27 դպրոցում (որտեղ սովորում եմ երկու տղերքս) ռումբի տեղադրման հերթական ահազանգ են ստացել,  ի դեպ՝ վերջի երկու ամսվա ընթացքում արդեն երկրորդ անգամ (դպրոցում սովորում է 500-ից ավելի երեխա, մոտ 70 ուսուցիչ ու աշխատող, չհաշված ծնողները)։ Դպրոցում տագնապի ազդանշան են միացրել․ քանի որ պատերազմական տագնապի ու ռումբի տեղադրման տագնապը նույն ազդանշանն է, ուսուցիչներն ու երեխաները չեն կարողացել ճիշտ կողմնորոշվել՝ իջեցնեն նկուղ, թե՞ բակում տեղավորեն (չեն հասկացել՝ պատերազմ է, հրդեհ, երկրաշարժ, թե՞ ռումբ)։

Սկսվել է խառնաշփոթ, անհասկանալի ու անկառավարելի իրավիճակ։  Ուսուցիչները ստիպված դպրոցի սաղ երեխեքին հանել են փողոց՝ բակի տարածքից դուրս։ Երեխաների մոտ վախից սպազմ է առաջացել, լաց, խառնաշփոթ, անգամ երեխաներից մեկն ուշաթափվել է։ Դե, էն խեղճ ուսուցիչների մասին էլ չասեմ՝ պատասխանատվությունը մի կողմից, վախը՝ մյուս։

Հմի էս անկառավարելի բարդակն ու անարխիան՝ հեչ, մնացածը՝ մե՞ջ։

Դուք պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք էդ երեխեքի ու ուսուցիչների սթրեսի չափը, դրա համար ո՞վ պտի պատասխան տա։ Թե՞ դուք էլ եք պատասխանատու, բայց մեղք չունեք։

Ամեն անգամ 1000-ներով ոստիկան եք բերում էս կամ էն ցույցին շարում, մարդկանց քաշ տալով, ասֆալտին փռելով տանում քաղմաս, արա՛, գոնե մի հատ հերթապահ դրեք ամեն դպրոցի կողքը, թող 24 ժամ տարածքը հսկեն, թե՞ մենակ պարգևավճար ստանալն ա կայֆ։

Հ․Գ․ - Ասեմ, որ ոստիկանները բավականին ուշ են ժամանել դեպքի վայր։
