Կստիպի՞ դատարանը կառավարությանը՝ նշանակել արտահերթ ընտրություններ․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Երեկ «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը Վարչական դատարան հայցադիմում է ներկայացրել ընդդեմ կառավարության, ավելի ստույգ՝ կառավարության անգործության: Կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչները կարծում են, որ կառավարությունը պարտավոր էր նշանակել Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններ, և հիմա հայց են ներկայացրել Երևան համայնքի ավագանու լիազորությունների ժամկետը չկրճատելու և ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններ չնշանակելու անգործությունը ոչ իրավաչափ ճանաչելու պահանջով:
«Օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ավագանու կազմից պետք է քաղաքապետ ընտրվեր, եթե այդ ընտրությունները երկշաբաթյա ժամկետում տեղի չեն ունենում, կառավարությունը պարտավոր է օրենքով սահմանված կարգով կրճատել ավագանու լիազորությունները, ինչը ենթադրում է նոր ավագանու ընտրություններ»,-դատարան հայցադիմումը ներկայացնելուց հետո ասաց «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր Մեսրոպ Առաքել յանը՝ հավելելով, որ 2018 թ.- ին այդպես է եղել:
Նա կարծում է, որ օրենքի պահանջը չկատարելը նպատակ ունի մինչև սեպտեմբեր ընկած ժամանակահատվածը օգտագործել քաղաքապետարանի գործունեությունը՝ որպես իշխանական ուժի քարոզարշավ: «Եթե, օրինակ՝ 2019 թ.-ին քաղաքապետը հրաժարական տար ու քաղաքապետ չընտրեին, Երևանը չորս տարի նոր քաղաքապետ չէր ունենալո՞ւ»,- հարցնում է Առաքել յանն ու հավելում, որ քաղաքապետ չընտրելու այս որոշումը միանշանակ քաղաքական է, նպատակն այս ժամանակահատվածը ՔՊ-ի քարոզչության համար օգտագործելն է: Փաստաբան Լևոն Օհանյանն ընդգծում է՝ բավականին համապարփակ փաստական հանգամանքներ են ներկայացվել հայցադիմումում և ակնկալում են դատարանի օբյեկտիվ և անաչառ քննությունը:
