«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունն ընդդեմ Կառավարության Վարչական դատարան հայցադիմում է ներկայացրել

Այսօր՝ մայիսի 17-ին, «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունն
ընդդեմ ՀՀ կառավարության հայցադիմում է ներկայացրել ՀՀ վարչական
դատարան կառավարության՝ Երևան համայնքի
ավագանու լիազորությունների ժամկետը չկրճատելու և ավագանու արտահերթ
ընտրություններ չնշանակելու անգործությունը ոչ իրավաչափ ճանաչելու պահանջի
մասին:
Հայցադիմումը դատարանին են փոխանցել «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության
համահիմնադիր Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը և կուսակցության քաղխորհրդի անդամ,
փաստաբան Լևոն Օհանյանը։
Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանի պնդմամբ՝ հրաժարականից հետո օրենքով սահմանված կարգով պետք է Երևանի
ավագանին իր կազմից քաղաքապետ ընտրեր, չի արվել, իսկ դա արդեն խոսում է այն մասին, որ
իշխանությունները ցանկանում են ժամանակ շահել մինչև հերթական ընտրությունները՝ օգտագործելով
քաղաքապետարանի գործունեությունը որպես քարոզարշավ։
«Ընտրված քաղաքապետի առկայությունը, փաստորեն, էապես կխոչընդոտեր իշխանության ներկայիս
թեկնածուի նախընտրական քարոզչության վերածված գործունեությունը»,- հայտարարել է նա։
«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության դիրքորոշումը ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ հետևյալն է՝ Երեւանը
պետք է ունենա օրինական ճանապարհով ընտրված օրինական իշխանություն, իսկ այս հարցում, ակնհայտ
է, կառավարությունը միտումնավոր անգործություն է ցուցաբերել։
«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության քաղխորհրդի անդամ, փաստաբան Լևոն Օհանյանն էլ նշեց, որ
երկշաբաթյա ժամկետում ավագանու նիստ չգումարելու եւ քաղաքապետ չընտրելու հետևանքով առաջանում
է պարտադիր դրույթ, որպեսզի կառավարությունը կրճատի ավագանու գործունեության ժամկետը եւ
հրավիրի ավագանու նոր ընտրություններ։
«Այսինքն՝ կառավարությունն անգործության է մատնվել, որը մեր ներկայացված հայցադիմումում մենք
ներկայացրել ենք հստակ հիմնավորումներով եւ ակնկալում ենք դատարանի անաչառ ու օբյեկտիվ
քննությունը»,- ասել է նա։
