Փաշինյանը ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքականության հիմնական նպատակ է համարում բոլոր հարևանների հետ նորմալ հարաբերությունների հաստատումը

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարծում է, որ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության հիմնական նպատակը պետք է լինի բոլոր հարևանների հետ նորմալ հարաբերությունների հաստատումը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին Փաշինյանն ասել է չեխական «Respekt» ամսագրին տված հարցազրույցում՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ինչ դասեր է Հայաստանը քաղել վերջին 15 ամսվա ընթացքում:
«Մեր բարդ պատմության պատճառով մենք սովորել ենք նորմալ հարաբերություններ չունենալ մեր որոշ հարևանների հետ: Դա փոխելը մեր երկրի համար կենսական կարևոր նշանակություն ունի: Շատ պարզ է թվում, սակայն դրա իրականացումը տասնյակ խնդիրների հետ է կապված. կան որոշ հոգեբանական և պրակտիկ խնդիրներ: Հայ հասարակության համար նման ուղերձը դյուրամարս չէ»,-նշել է վարչապետը:
Նա պատմել է, որ վերջերս Ազգային ժողովում խոսել է Հայաստանի հարևանների հետ դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ հաստատելու մասին, և ընդդիմադիր մի պատգամավոր ընդդիմացել է՝ ասելով, որ վարչապետն այնպես է խոսում, ասես Հայաստանի հարևանը Շվեդիան է:
«Ես պատասխանեցի՝ լավ կլինի, եթե ուսումնասիրենք Սկանդինավիայի և Եվրոպայի պատմությունը: Եթե մենք կարծում ենք, որ Սկանդինավիան միշտ այդքան խաղաղ է եղել, որքան հիմա, մենք սխալվում ենք: Այդ ժամանակ ինձ ընդդիմացան՝ ասելով, որ, ի տարբերություն մեզ, Սկանդինավիայում ցեղասպանություն չի եղել: Այո՛, մեր և Սկանդինավիայի միջև շատ տարբերություններ կան, սակայն կարծում եմ՝ էությունը հստակ է՝ պատմություն կերտողները մարդիկ են»,-շեշտել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու հավելել՝ Հայաստանը լավ հարաբերություններ ունի Վրաստանի ու Իրանի հետ և պետք է շարունակի բարելավվել այդ հարաբերությունները:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանն այժմ գրեթե ոչ մի հարաբերություն չունի Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ, ինչը պետք է փոխել:
