Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունը մայիսի 15-ին Ստեփանակերտում կայացած հավաքի ներկայացուցիչներին առաջարկել է մայիսի 16-ից սկսել քննարկումներ ու խորհրդակցություններ նրանց կողմից ներկայացված առաջարկների ու ծրագրերի շուրջ:
Արցախի նախագահն այս մասին տեղեկացրել է «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջի գրառմամբ։
«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Այսօր Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի կողմից ինձ է փոխանցվել Ստեփանակերտի Վերածննդի հրապարակում տեղի ունեցած հավաքի մասնակիցների հայտարարությունը:
Ելնելով ԱՀ Սահմանադրությամբ իմ ստանձնած պարտավորություններից ու լիազորություններից, հավաքին մասնակցած մեր քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ հարգանքից, հաշվի առնելով լսված լինելու նրանց իրավունքը՝ որոշել եմ ընդառաջ քայլ կատարել: Ուստի, հավաքի ներկայացուցիչներին առաջարկել եմ վաղվանից սկսել քննարկումներ ու խորհրդակցություններ նրանց կողմից ներկայացված առաջարկների ու ծրագրերի շուրջ:
Ինչպես նախկինում, այնպես էլ հիմա պատրաստ եմ օգտագործել յուրաքանչյուրի գիտելիքները և փորձը՝ ի նպաստ մեր երկրի անվտանգության, խաղաղության և մեր ժողովրդի բարօրության:
Միաժամանակ ընդգծում եմ, որ հատկապես այս ճգնաժամային պայմաններում մենք պարտավոր ենք ցուցաբերել զսպվածություն, խոհեմություն և պատասխանատվություն՝ առաջնորդվելով բացառապես Արցախի Հանրապետության ու մեր ժողովրդի շահերով»,- նշել է Արցախի նախագահը:
Մայիսի 15-ին Ստեփանակերտում կայացած հանրահավաքի մասնակիցների անունից հրապարակվել է հայտարարություն, որում մտահոգություն հայտնելով Արցախում և նրա շուրջ ստեղծված ռազմաքաղաքական, սոցիալ-տնտեսական և բարոյահոգեբանական իրավիճակի կապակցությամբ, և ընդունելի համարելով ստեղծված իրավիճակից՝ խորհրդարանական երկրորդ ուժի՝ «Միասնական հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ Սամվել Բաբայանի ելքի տեսլականը, Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահին պահանջ է ներկայացվել Բաբայանին նշանակել պետական նախարարի պաշտոնում՝ օժտելով համարժեք լիազորություններով՝ ըստ «Ռազմական դրության մասին» օրենքի իրավակարգավորումների:
