«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
realtribune.ru-ն «Արցախի հանձնումը կհանգեցնի Անդրկովկասից Ռուսաստանի դուրսբերմանը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտության սկսվելուց հետո Կրեմլի ազդեցությունը Հարավային Կովկասում զգալիորեն նվազել է: Այդ մասին ասել է Երևանի «Ժողովրդավարության և անվտանգության տարածաշրջանային կենտրոնի» ղեկավար Տիգրան Գրիգորյանը։ «Ռուսաստանի բոլոր ռեսուրսները մոբիլիզացված են Ուկրաինայում դրված նպատակներին հասնելու համար, որն իր հերթին ուժի վակուում է ստեղծել Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում և հնարավորությունների պատուհան է բացել Ադրբեջանի համար՝ Հայաստանի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նկատմամբ իր ուժային քաղաքականության իրականացման գործընթացում»,- նշել է փորձագետը։
Նրա կարծիքով, «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հնարավոր «ապահայացումը» և տասնյակ հազարավոր փախստականների հոսքը Հայաստան երկրում լուրջ սոցիալ-տնտեսական և քաղաքական ճգնաժամ կստեղծեն, ինչը երկարաժամկետ հետևանքներ կունենա նաև տարածաշրջանում կայունության վրա։ «Նման սցենարը տեսականորեն կարող է հանգեցնել տարածաշրջանում հումանիտար աղետի և ոչնչացնել Հարավային Կովկասում համապարփակ խաղաղության հեռանկարները։ Ավելին, իրադարձությունների նման զարգացմամբ կարող է հարցականի տակ լինել հենց Ռուսաստանի ներկայությունը Հարավային Կովկասում։ Եթե Մոսկվան չկարողանա ապահովել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերի անվտանգ կյանքը, նրա դերն ու նշանակությունը Հայաստանի համար կտրուկ կնվազեն»,- ասել է նա։
Քաղաքագետն ընդգծել է, որ Ուկրաինայում ռուսական հատուկ գործողության մեկնարկով Բաքվի ռեժիմը երեք խոշոր սրացում է նախաձեռնել տարածաշրջանում, որոնցից երկուսը՝ Արցախում, մեկը՝ Հայաստանում։ «Մոսկվան, իր հերթին, դառնալով Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրադադարի հայտարարության խախտման անտարբեր դիտորդ, անում է հնարավոր ամեն բան, որպեսզի խուսափի Բաքվի հետ առճակատումից… Սկսելով ռազմական գործողություններ Ուկրաինայում՝ Մոսկվան պահանջում էր, որ Արևմուտքը ճանաչի իր ազդեցության գոտիները, բայց հիմա նա կորցնում է ազդեցությունը նույնիսկ այն տարածաշրջաններում, որոնք ճանաչված են որպես նրա ազդեցության գոտիներ բոլորի կողմից, և նույնիսկ կան պայմանագրային հիմքեր։ Ռուսաստանի կողմից պայմանագրային պարտավորությունները չկատարելը էկզիստենցիալ սպառնալիքներ է ստեղծում Հայաստանի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի համար։ Եթե Երևանը մոտ ապագայում չկարողանա արդյունավետ քայլեր ձեռնարկել իր ռազմական հնարավորությունները գոնե մասամբ վերականգնելու համար, ապա մյուս գործոնները բավարար չեն լինի Ադրբեջանին զսպելու համար»,- եզրափակել է Տիգրան Գրիգորյանը։
