«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրերս տեղի ունեցավ Երևանի Օղակաձև զբոսայգում տեղադրված «Նեմեսիսի» արձանի բացումը, իսկ Թուրքիան ԱԳ նախարարի միջոցով պաշտոնապես հայտարարեց, որ արձանի բացման պատճառով փակում է Թուրքիայի օդային տարածքը Հայաստանի քաղաքացիական օդանավերի համար, ավելին՝ Չավուշօղլուն գործնականում բաց տեքստով պահանջեց, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները քանդեն այդ արձանը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գործնականում Թուրքիայի պաշտոնական դիրքորոշմանը ներդաշնակ և համահունչ արտահայտվեց՝ հայտարարելով, թե «Նեմեսիսի» արձանի տեղադրումը սխալ որոշում էր:

Նրա հայտարարությունից շատերը ենթադրեցին, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նպատակ ունի արձանը քանդել տալ՝ թուրքերին սիրաշահելու համար: Երեկ արդեն ասպարեզ ելավ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խորհրդականի կարգավիճակ ստացած Երևանի նախկին քաղաքապետ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարելով, որ՝ ա) ինքն, իհարկե, տեղյակ է եղել արձանի տեղադրման մասին, բ) Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին դրա մասին ոչինչ չի ասել: Ստո՛պ, կամ, ինչպես երթուղայինի մշտական ուղևորը կասեր՝ վարպե՛տ, էստեղ պահի՛: Չէ, հասկանալի է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ներկայիս խորհրդական Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը յուրովի փորձում է «փրկել» իր շեֆին:

Բայց, ախր, հանրահայտ է, որ ՔՊ-ում, առանց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին տեղեկացնելու, անգամ, կներեք, չեն փռշտում, ուր մնաց, որ արձանի, այն էլ՝ նման արձանի տեղադրման որոշման մասին ինքնագլուխ որոշում կայացնեն: Լավ, եթե նույնիսկ այդպես է, նման «չասող» ու, ինչպես Փաշինյանն արտահայտվեց, «սխալ» որոշում կայացրած անձնավորությանը ինչո՞ւ և ինչպե՞ս են վարչապետի խորհրդական նշանակել: Է՞լ ինչեր չի ասում նա իր վարչապետին: Մյուս կողմից՝ երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարում է, թե դա սխալ որոշում է եղել, նա իր սիրելի քաղաքապետի հավանական թեկնածու Տիգրան Ավինյանի՞ն է թիկունքից ուզում հարվածել, թե՞ այդ Տիգրան Ավինյանն է այնքան ինքնուրույն «խաղացող», որ իմանալով (կարող էր կռահել) իր առաջնորդ Փաշինյանի հնարավոր բացասական վերաբերմունքի մասին, ոչ միայն չի կասեցրել «սխալ» որոշման իրականացման ընթացքը, այլև գնացել է մասնակցելու արձանի բացման արարողությանը՝ այն դարձնելով պաշտոնական բնույթ ունեցող իրադարձություն:

Այստեղ ոչ թե «մի բան», այլ ընդհանրապես ոչ մի բան «այն չէ»: Ի լրումն, ստացվում է, որ Փաշինյանի «թիմում» աջ ձեռքը ձախ ոտքից բացարձակապես անտեղյակ է, եթե հավատանք պաշտոնական հայտարարություններին: Միայն ցավակցել կարելի է արագորեն նվազող այն հայրենակիցներին, որոնք դեռ ինչ-որ հույսեր ունեն, որ նման ղեկավարություն ունենալով՝ կարող են «Ապագա» կոչվող կայարան հասնել:
