Եվրահանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լեյենը ժամանել է Կիև։ Նա Ուկրաինայի մայրաքաղաքում կգտնվի մայիսի ինին՝ Եվրոպայի օրը։

Այդ մասին հայտնում է РБК-Украина-ն՝ հղում անելով Եվրահանձնաժողովի ղեկավարի թվիթերյան հաղորդագրությանը։

Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լեյենը Կիևի երկաթուղային կայարան ժամանման լուսանկար է հրապարակել։

«Հաճելի է վերադառնալ Կիև, որտեղ մեր արժեքները պաշտպանվում են ամեն օր: Սա այնքան լավ վայր է Եվրոպայի օրը նշելու համար», - գրել է նա:

Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին օրինագիծ է ներկայացրել Գերագույն ռադա, որով առաջարկվում է մայիսի 9-ը սահմանել որպես Եվրոպայի օր։ Նա հայտարարել է, որ այսօր, «ինչպես 80 տարի առաջ, Ուկրաինան պայքարում է տոտալ չարի դեմ՝ հանուն թե՛ իր, թե՛ ամբողջ Եվրոպայի ապագահի»։

Նշենք, որ 2015 թվականից՝ մայիսի 8-ին, Ուկրաինայում նշվում է Հիշատակի և հաշտեցման օրը՝ որպես Հաղթանակի օրվա այլընտրանք։ Այս տոնի հաստատումը համընկել է ապակոմունիզացիայի մասին օրենքի ընդունման հետ։

Ուկրաինայից հետո նախկին ԽՍՀՄ երկրների իշխանությունները փոխեցին իրենց վերաբերմունքը Հաղթանակի օրվա և դրա խորհրդանիշների նկատմամբ։ Այսպիսով, Մոլդովայում, Լատվիայում, Լիտվայում և Վրաստանում գեորգիևյան ժապավենն օրենքով արգելված է։ 2017 թվականից մայիսի 9-ը Մոլդովայում նշվում է որպես Եվրոպայի օր։ Վրաստանում Եվրոպայի օրը նշվում է մայիսի 6-ին։

Նշենք, որ տասնամյակներ ի վեր ԽՍՀՄ-ում մայիսի 9-ը նշվել է որպես նացիստական Գերմանիայի նկատմամբ հաղթանակի օր:
