Չեխիայում հայ համայնքի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս տեղի հայերին է մեղադրել հողեր հանձնելու մեջ: Պարզվում է` մեղավոր են հենց սփյուռքայերը, ովքեր Փաշինյանի խոսքերով, հաղթանակած հողը թողել են և եկել են երջանիկ կյանքում Չեխիայում ապրելու:

Սա Հայաստանի իշխանությունների առաջին քարը չէ նետված սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցների ուղղությամբ: Սփյուռքի գործերի գլխավոր հանձնակատար Զարեհ Սինանյանը, ով վերջերս առաջարկում էր Հայաստանը արաբների հայրենիքի վերածել, իր իսկ կողմից կազմակերպված համաշխարհային հայկական համաժողովի ընթացքում էլ ավելի դարակազմիկ միտք է արտահայտել՝ ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս պատերազմի պարտության մեջ մեղադրելով աշխարհի բոլոր հայերին: Նրա կարծիքով՝ եթե սփյուռքը լուռ է եղել, տեսել է, որ կոռուպցիա է եղել, տեսել են, որ մարդիկ միլիոնով հեռանում են երկրից, կարող կադրերը հեռանում են երկրից, տեսնում են, որ բանակում անասելի պայմաններ են, չի կարող նման բանակը դիմագրավել 21-րդ դարի մարտահրավերին, տեսել ու լռել են, ու եթե այս ամենը տեսնելով՝ գնացել են` նկարվել են, հանդիպել, ուրախացել են, հետո վերադարձել են սփյուռք եւ հայհոյել նույն ղեկավարներին, ուրեմն մեղք ունեն։

Թե որքանով սփյուռքի հայկական կառույցները պետք է տեղյակ լինեին բանակում տիրող իրական վիճակին, պետական համակարգում առկա կոռուպցիային՝ իհարկե մեծ հարց է, եթե անգամ Սինանյանի քաղաքական ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է պնդում, որ մինչև պատերազմը վստահ էր, որ բանակում ոչնչի կարիք չկա, բանակն էլ տարածաշրջանում մշտապես, կրկնում են՝ մշտապես, ամենամարտունակն է եղել: Սակայն, վերադառնանք 44-օրյա պատերազմին և այն օգնությանն ու օժանդակությանը, որը սփյուռքը այդ օրերին ցուցաբերում էր Հայաստանին և Արցախին: 

Սակայն, Սինանյանը էլ ավելի հեռուն է գնացել, և այս անգամ էլ հայտարարել է, որ սփյուռքը բարոյական իրավունք չունի պահանջել ՀՀ իշխանությունների հրաժարականը և ընդհանրապես մասնակցել քաղաքական պրոցեսներին ՀՀ ներսում:  Այսինքն` երբ հեղափոխության օրերին անհրաժեշտ էր հնարավորինս շատ մարդ կոնսոլիդացնել օրվա իշխանությունների դեմ ակցիաներին էլ ավելի մեծ մասշտաբներ հաղորդելու համար, սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցներին կոչ էին անում ժամանել Հայաստան և կանգնել հեղափոխականների կողքին:

Այդ ժամանակ, փաստորեն, սփյուռքը ուներ իրավունք մասնակցել ներքաղաքական պրոցեսներին և պայքարեր օրվա իշխանությունների դեմ:  Կամ մեկ այլ դրվագ, երբ պատերազմի օրերին իշխանությունները դիմում էին սփյուռքին, բանակին օժանդակելու կոչով շուրջ 130 միլիոն դոլար հանգանակվեց, որի ճակատագիրը մինչ օրս հայտնի չէ: Չնայած, մի մասինը, իհարկե, հայտնի է. այդ գումարները, ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների, դարձել են մի շարք պաշտոնյաների պարգևավճարներ:  Իսկ գուցե Սինանյանը հենց այդ պատճառով չի ցանկանում, որպեսզի սփյուռքը ներգրավվի քաղաքական պրոցեսների մեջ, որովհետև ստիպված են լինելու տհաճ հարցերի պատասխանել, իսկ այդ հարցերի պատասխանները Սինանյանն ու թիմակիցներն, իհարկե, չունեն: Հետևաբար, նրանց մնում է սեփական ձախողումների համար նոր պատասխանատու և մեղավոր գտնել և այս անգամ էլ այդ դերում հայկական սփյուռքն է, որը անկախությունից ի վեր ջանք ու եռանդ չի խնայել Հայաստանին և Արցախին օժանդակելու համար...
