Անհետաձգելի բուժօգնություն «Ուիգմոր» մանկական հիվանդանոցում (ֆոտո)

Անհետաձգելի բուժօգնության բաժանմունք․ բաժանմունք, որտեղ ցուցաբերվում է առաջին և անհետաձգելի բուժօգնություն (ֆոտոռեպորտաժ)։ Դիմած երեխաների մի մասը դուրս է գրվում առաջին 24 ժամվա ընթացքում, ասում է բաժանմունքի պատասխանատու Ազատուհի Աշոտյանը։
Բաժանմունքն ունի երկու մուտք, որոնցից մեկը Շտապ օգնության մեքենայի համար է։
Բաժանմունքը բաղկացած է ընդունարանից, ամբուլատոր զննման սենյակներից և կարճատև հոսպիտալացման համար նախատեսված հատվածից։
Ընդունարանում կատարվում է «տրիաժ»՝ երեխայի ծանրության աստիճանի գնահատում, չափումներ, ըստ որի որոշվում է զննման առաջնահերթությունը և թե որ մասնագետի կողմից է զննվելու։
Բացի մանկաբուժական դեպքերից, բաժանմունք կարող են դիմել նաև նեղ մասնագիտական խորհրդատվության և բուժօգնության կարիք ունեցող բուժառուներ՝ վիրաբուժական , վնավածքաբանական , Էնդոկրինոլոգիական, նյարդաբանական, նեյրովիրաբուժական, դիմածնոտային, ուրո-նեֆրոլոգիական, ՔԿԱ (քիթ-կոկորդ-ականջաբանություն)։
24/7 ռեժիմով հասանելի են նաև լաբորատոր և գործիքային հետազոտությունները , այդ թվում նաև համակարգչային տոմոգրաֆիան։
Բաժանմունքում առկա է անհետաձգելի բուժօգնություն համար նախատեսված սենյակ՝ հագեցած ժամանակակից սարքավորումներով , որտեղից նաև մուտք կա դեպի համակարգչային տոմոգրաֆիայի սենյակ՝ ծանր վիճակում գտնվող հիվանդի տեղաշարժը հեշտացնելու նպատակով։
Կարճատև հոսպիտալացման համար նախատեսված հատվածում երեխաները ստանում են համապատասխան բուժօգնություն։ Բոլոր մահճակալները հագեցած են թթվածնի մատակարարման համակարգով, սրտի աշխատանքը , թթվածնի մակարդակը և այլ ցուցանիշների մոնիթորինգի սարքավորումներով։ Երեխան այստեղ է գտնվում մեկ խնամողի ուղեկցությամբ, առաջին 24 ժամերի ընթացքում։
Վիճակի բարելվման և կայունացման դեպքում, երեխան կարող է դուրս գրվել, գնալ տուն, հակառակ դեպքում երեխան տեղափոխվում է համապատասխան բաժանմունք՝ հետագա հսկողությունը և բուժումը շարունակելու նպատակով։
Բաժանմունքում կան նաև առանձին սենյակներ՝ հատուկ օդափոխության համակարգով՝ բացասական ճնշման ապահովմամբ և կրկնակի դռներով, որոնք նախատեսված են սուր վարակիչ հիվանդների արագ մեկուսացման և վարակի տարածումը կանխարգելելու համար։
Ի դեպ, բժիշկները իրենց սենյակից կարող են հատուկ մոնիտորի օգնությամբ հսկել ընդունարանը։
Բաժանմունքի պատասխանատուն ներկայացնում է նաև առաջիկա ծրագրերը․ երեք մանկաբույժ առաջիկայում կմեկնեն՝ անհետաձգելի բուժօգնության կազմակերպման ուղղությամբ վերապատրաստվելու նպատակով։
Մասնագետը հիշեցնում է, որ շտապօգնության ծառայությունից օգտվելիս, ծնողը կարող է որոշել, թե որ բուժհաստատություն է ուզում տեղափոխել իր երեխային․ բացառություն են կազմում կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող վիճակները, երբ երեխան ուղղորդվում է մոտակա հիվանդանոց։
