ԶՊՄԿ-ն ապահովելու է Սյունիքի օդային կապը. 7 մլրդ դրամ ինքնաթիռի համար

Օրեր առաջ Կապանի օդանավակայանում վայրէջք կատարեց L410 չեխական արտադրության ինքնաթիռը՝ նշանավորելով Կապանի օդանավակայանի աշխատանքը։ ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները հայտարարել են, թե ցանկանում են պարբերական դարձնել չվերթները, իսկ այդ հանգամանքը ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլև քաղաքական և հոգեբանական ահռելի նշանակություն ունի Սյունիքի համար։
Աշխարհաքաղաքական ստեղծված իրավիճակում, երբ սյունեցիները զգում են թշնամի պետությունների ճնշումը, շատ բնակավայրեր էլ սահմանամերձ են դարձել, առանձնահերթ կարևորություն է ստանում Սյունիքում տարատեսակ սոցիալական, մշակութային, քաղաքական և տնտեսական ծրագրերի իրականացումը, և սովորույթի համաձայն, այդ ծրագրերում իր ահռելի ներդրումն ունի «Զանգեզուր պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը»։
Երևան–Կապան–Երևան չվերթ կատարած ինքնաթիռը ձեռք է բերվել կոմբինատի միջոցներով` մոտավորապես 7 մլրդ դրամով։ Փորձնական չվերթն իրականացվել է «Նովեյր» ավիաընկերության կողմից՝ L410 չեխական արտադրության ինքնաթիռով։ Կոմբինատը միայն ինքնաթիռ գնելով չէ, որ սահմանափակվել է։
«Սյունիք» օդանավակայանի շինարարությունը, գույքի և ինքնաթիռի ձեռքբերումը, պահպանման ծախսերն իրականացվել են և այժմ իրականացվում են Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի միջոցներով։ Կապանի օդանավակայանի, թռիչքուղու և այլ ենթակառուցվածքների կառուցման համար կոմբինատը ծախսել է 2,5 միլիարդ դրամ, գույքի ձեռքբերման, վերապատրաստման և օդանավակայանի այլ ծախսերի համար` 300 միլիոն դրամ։
ԶՊՄԿ-ն ընդհանուր առմամբ օդանավակայանի շինարարության, գույքի և ինքնաթիռի ձեռքբերման համար ներդրել է ավելի քան 10 միլիարդ դրամ՝ բացառապես իրենց տրամադրված միջոցներով։ Այժմ ՀՀ կառավարությունը խնդիր է դրել ապահովել Երևանից Կապան կանոնավոր չվերթների իրականացումը: Իրականացվում են աշխատանքներ՝ չվերթների պարբերականությունն ու անվտանգությունն ապահովելու նպատակով, մի շարք դեպքերում նույնիսկ քաղաքական պայմանավորվածությունների հանգելու անհրաժեշտություն կա։ Սակայն կարևորը առաջինն է, որ իրականացվեց հաջողությամբ, և այժմ հարկավոր է պահպանել տեմպը, ապահովել Կապանի օդանավակայանի անխափան աշխատանքը՝ հանուն Սյունիքի ու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության։
