Քաղաքական կամքի դեպքում Հայաստանն արևային էներգիայի ավելի մեծ զարգացում կունենար

Հայաստանում արևային կայանների արտադրած էլեկտրաէներգիայի ծավալները վերջին 5 տարում աճել են 596 անգամ։

Արտադրված էլեկտրաէներգիան 2017 թվականին 0,4 միլիոն կիլովատտ ժամից 2022 թվականին հասել է 238,4 միլիոն կիլովատտ ժամի, նկատենք, որ տարբերությունը 238 միլիոն է, ինչը նշանակում է, որ նույն չափով նվազել է այլ աղբյուրներից էլեկտրաէներգիայի ստացման անհրաժեշտությունը։Թերևս սա կարելի է բացատրել նաև 44-օրյա պատերազմով, որից հետո հայկական կողմը Ադրբեջանին հանձնեց ազատագրված տարածքներում գտնվող բազմաթիվ հիդրոէլեկտրակայաններ և այլ էներգետիկ ռեսուրսներ, ինչի արդյունքում արևային էներգիայի նույնիսկ այսպիսի ահռելի աճը չի ծածկում ոչ Հայաստանի և ոչ էլ Ղարաբաղի կարիքները։

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը նպատակ ունի մինչև 2030 թվականը արևայինէներգիայի արտադրության մասնաբաժինն ընդհանուրի մեջ հասցնել առնվազն 15 %-ի, կամ 1, 8 միլիարդ կիլովատ ժամի, այդ նպատակով կկառուցվեն շուրջ 100 մեգավատտ հզորությամբ արևային կայաններ, ներառյալ ինքնավարներ, նշվում է ռազմավարության մեջ։ Կկարողանա՞ արդյոք Հայաստանի հանրապետությունն իրականացնել իր առջև դրված այս նպատակը, պատասխանը դրական է, ավելին, որոշ կանխատեսումների համաձայն 15 %-ի Հայաստանը կհասնի 2030 թվականի այլ շատ ավելի վաղ, թերևս այս հանգամանքը բացատրում է , որ կառավարությունը իր առջև չափազանց համեստ ծրագիր և թիրախ է դրել։

Իրականում  լուրջ աշխատանքի և քաղաքական կամքի առկայության պարագայում Հայաստանը կկարողանա մինչև 2030 թվականը արևային էներգիայի մասնաբաժինը հասցնել ոչ թե 15, այլ 30 և ավելի տոկոսների, ինչը թույլ կտար զգալիորեն նվազեցնել էներգետիկ կախվածությունը այլ ռեսուրսներից, հետևաբար նաև այլ երկրներից, որտեղից ներկրվում են այդ ռեսուրսները։ Առաջին և ամենակարևոր պայմանը դա քաղաքական կամքն է, որն ամենայն հավանականությամբ փաշինյանական իշխանության մոտ բացակայում է, իսկ արևային էներգիայի զարգացումը Հայաստանում իրականացվում է ոչ այնքան իշխանության ցանկությամբ, որքան ինքնահոսի և ինքնաբերաբար։

Մեր երկիրը արևային վահանակներ արտադրող միայն մեկ ընկերություն ունի՝ «Սոլարոնը», ուստի հարկավոր է ավելացնել առկա հզորությունները, արտադրության ծավալները և շատ ավելի լուրջ և ազգային իշխանություն ունենալու պարագայում 2030 թվականին ՀՀ առջև դրված 15 տոկոս ցուցանիշը հնարավոր կլինի գերազանցել շատ ավելի վաղ։
