ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն մեկնաբանել է ԱՄՆ-ի միջնորդությամբ Միրզոյան-Բայրամով բանակցությունները

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան ամենշաբաթյա ճեպազրույցում անդրադարձել է ԱՄՆ-ի միջնորդությամբ ընթացող հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցություններին:
Նա նկատել է, որ բանակցություններն ընթանում են առանց ՌԴ-ի մասնակցության, ուստի այնտեղ կատարվող գործընթացի մանրամասների վերաբերյալ մեկնաբաննություններ պետք է անի ոչ թե Մոսկվան, այլ մասնակից երկրները: Ըստ Զախարովայի՝ երբ մասնակիցները մեկնաբանություններով հանդես գան, ՌԴ-ն ևս կկարողանա կարծիք ձևավորել և արտահայտվել այս հարցի շուրջ:
«Մենք առաջվա պես հանձնառու ենք 2020-2022-ի ընթացքում ՌԴ-ի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների միջև ձերք բերված եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների բոլոր դրույթների կյանքի կոչմանը»,- ասել է Զախարովան:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Մոսկվայում ՀՀ-ի և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպման հեռանկարին, ապա Զախարովան նշել է, որ նախորդ ճեպազրույցում ևս հայտարարվել էր, որ Մոսկվան պատրաստ է. պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել նաև Երևանն ու Բաքուն:
«Ժամկետների մասին կհայտնենք ավելի ուշ», - ասել է Զախարովան:
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ գրել էր Tert.am-ը, Վաշինգտոնում կայացել են Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ ղեկավարների միջև բանակցությունները՝ ԱՄՆ-ի միջնորդությամբ «Հարաբերությունների կարգավորման շուրջ համաձայնագիր» փաստաթղթի շուրջ: ԱՄՆ-ի բարձրաստիճան դիվանագետները մանրամասներ են հաղորդել բանակցություններից: Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարներն այս շաբաթվա ընթացքում կունենան հաջորդաբար մի շարք հանդիպումներ, լրագրողների հետ հեռախոսային ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում հայտնել ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները: Քննարկումները կողմերի միջև ընթացել են կառուցողական, հայտնել է պետքարտուղարության Կովկասի բանակցությունների գծով ավագ խորհրդական Լուիս Բոնոն:
Պետքարտուղաության ներկայացուցչի խոսքերով՝ համապարփակ համաձայնագրի շուրջ ընթացող բանակցություններում կողմերի միջև քննարկվող հարցերից մեկն է վերաբերմունքը էթնիկ փոքրամասնությունների նկատմամբ երկու երկրներում, որն անդրադառնում է էթնիկ փոքրամասնությունների իրավուքներին ու անվտանգությանը:
