Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը մայիսի 2-ին աշխատանքային այց է կատարել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրեր։

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից․

«Պաշտպանի այցի նպատակն էր տեղում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների վերաբերյալ փաստահավաք աշխատանքներ իրականացնելը, դրանց վերաբերյալ հաստատող փաստեր և ապացույցներ հավաքագրելը, քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը մտահոգող խնդիրներին ծանոթանալը։

Կատարված այցի արդյունքում հավաքագրված տվյալները վկայում են, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները շարունակում են դրսևորել ագրեսիվ վարքագիծ, սպառնալիքներ ներկայացնում գյուղացիներին զենքի ցուցադրմամբ, հաճախակի կրակոցներ են արձակում բնակավայրերի անմիջական հարևանությամբ։ Խիստ մտահոգիչ է սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչների տների ու քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների թիրախավորված լինելու հանգամանքը։

Պաշտպանի առաջին կանգառը Գավառ համայնքն էր: Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Սարգսյանն Անահիտ Մանասյանին ներկայացրել է մարզում առկա խնդիրները: Պաշտպանը վստահեցրել է, որ այցի շրջանակում արձանագրված մարդու իրավունքների խախտումները կներկայացվեն իրավասու մարմիններին և միջազգային կառույցների գործընկերներին՝ խնդիրների լուծման հնարավոր տարբերակներ գտնելու նպատակով:

Այնուհետև Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն այցելել է Վարդենիս խոշորացված համայնք: Կայացել է հանդիպում համայնքի ղեկավար Ահարոն Խաչատրյանի հետ, ով Պաշտպանին է ներկայացրել առկա և հրատապ լուծում պահանջող խնդիրները: Այնուհետև Պաշտպանն այցելել է սահմանամերձ բնակավայրեր՝ Վերին Շորժա, այդ թվում՝ Սարատեղի, Կութ, Նորաբակ, Սոթք և Կուտական:

Անահիտ Մանասյանը զրուցել է վերը նշված բնակավայրերի բնակիչների հետ։ Նրանք մտահոգություններ են հայտնել իրենց կյանքի և անվտանգության, ֆիզիկական և հոգեկան անձեռնմխելիության, սեփականության, կրթության և այլ հիմնական իրավունքների հետ կապված։ Բնակիչները բարձրացրել են արոտավայրերի, խոտհարքների և վարելահողերի օգտագործման հետ կապված խնդիրներ։ Բացի այդ, նրանք նշել են, որ ստեղծված պայմաններում դժվարացել է անասնապահությամբ զբաղվելու և իրենց ընտանիքներին կենսական միջոցներով ապահովելու հնարավորությունը։

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն ընդգծում է, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների կողմից ուժի կիրառումը և ուժի կիրառման սպառնալիքն ունեն նաև սահմանային բնակավայրերի բնակիչներին ահաբեկելու նպատակ։

Ինչպես վերը նշված, այնպես էլ հավաքագրված մյուս փաստերն ամփոփվելու են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում։ Դրանք կներկայացվեն իրավասու միջազգային կազմակերպություններին և այլ դերակատարներին, ինչպես նաև պետական իրավասու գերատեսչություններին։

Ավելի վաղ՝ ապրիլի 14-ին, Անահիտ Մանասյանն աշխատանքային այց էր կատարել Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ համայնք»:
