Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը Արցախում շարունակում են 1915-ին սկսված Ցեղասպանությանը․ թուրք լրագրողը՝ Բաքվի և Անկարայի ռազմական հանցագործությունների մասին

4 ամիս շարունակ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերը ենթարկվում են պաշարման միջոցով սովի, ինչը միջազգային իրավունքի պրոֆեսոր Թոմ Դանենբաումի բնորոշմամբ պատերազմական հանցագործություն է։ Այս մասին Providence.com պարբերականում գրել է ժամանակավորապես Իսրայելում բնակվող թուրք լրագրող Ուզեյ Բուլութը։
«Նրանք ապօրինի շրջափակման զոհեր են՝ դատապարտված սովի և տառապանքների Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության կողմից։ 2022 թվի նոյեմբերի 12-ից մինչև 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 28-ը ադրբեջանական այսպես կոչված «էկո-ակտիվիստները» փակել էին Արցախը արտաքին աշխարհի հետ կապող միակ ճանապարհը՝ փորձելով ստիպել տեղի հայերին արտագաղթել իրենց բնօրրանից»,- գրում է թուրք լրագրողը։
Նա նշում է, որ իրավիճակը ավելի վատթարացավ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքում ապօրինի մաքսակետ դնելուց հետո, իսկ Ստեփանակերտի մատույցներում «էկո-ակտիվիստներին» փոխարինեցին ադրբեջանական զինվորականները՝ այդպիսով կրկնապատկելով և պաշտոնական բնույթ տալով Արցախի շրջափակմանը։
«Այս պայմաններում Արցախի 120,000 հայերը զրկված են ամեն ինչից՝ սնունդից, դեղորայքից, վառելիքից։ Իսկ նվազագույն պաշարները ապահովվում են ռուս խաղաղապահների և Կարմիր Խաչի կոմիտեի միջոցով։ Լեմկինի անվան «Ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելման» Ինստիտուտը Ադրբեջանին մի քանի անգամ զգուշացրել է «Կարմիր ցեղասպանության» մասին՝ նշելով, որ Արցախի շրջափակումը դրա մի մասն է և այն աջակցություն է ստանում նաև Թուրքիայի կողմից։ Այս ամենի պատասխանատվությունը կրում է Ադրբեջանական պետությունը նախագահ Ալիևի գլխավորությամբ»,- գրում է թուրք լրագրողը։
Նա նշում է, որ ամենա խոցելի խմբում հայտնվել են, կանայք՝ հատկապես հղի, երեխաները և ծերերը։ Այս թիրախային խմբերը ստեղծված վատթար պայմաններից առավել հաճախ են հիվանդանում։ Բուլութը ընդգծում է, որ բնակիչները զրկված են տարրական բուժօգնություն ստանալու հնարավորությունից։
Նա նաև նշում է, որ ապօրինի շրջափակումը վատթարացրել է Արցախի տնտեսական իրավիճակը, բերել մասսայական գործազրկության։ Ըստ թուրք լրագրողի՝ Ադրբեջանը արցախցիների տառապանքները էլ ավելի սաստկացնելու համար անջատել է հոսանքը և գազը, թիրախավորելով խաղաղ գյուղացիներին, չի թողնում իրականացնել հողամշակման աշխատանքներ։ «Այդպիսով Ադրբեջանը երկու ելք է թողնում Արցախի հայերին՝ մահանալ կամ հանձնվել»,- շեշտում է Բուլութը։
Նա նաև անդրադարձել է 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի ռազմական հանցագործություններին՝ խաղաղ բնակչության մասսայական սպանություններին, կտտանքներին, մշակութային կոթողների և սրբավայրերի ոչնչացմանը, հիվանդանոցների և այլ քաղաքացիական օբյեկտների ռմբակոծմանը, անտառների ախտահարմանը ֆոսֆորային արգելված զենքով։ Եվ այս ամենը, ինչպես նշում է թուրք լրագրողը, Ադրբեջանը անում էր Թուրքիայի լիակատար աջակցության ներքո։
«Այսպիսով՝ Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը միասին փորձում են ավարտին հասցնել դեռևս 1915 թվականին սկսված հայոց ցեղասպանության և հայերի բնաջնջման գործընթացը»,- ընդգծում է Բուլութը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ Ցեղասպանության ժամանակ թուրքական յաթաղանի զոհ դարձան 1,5 մլն հայեր։
Նա նշում է, որ այս ամենով հանդերձ Ադրբեջանը ոտնահարում է Լաչինի միջանցքը բացելու Միջազգային դատարանի որոշումը։ «Իսկ միջազգային հանրությունը շարունակում է «հորանջելով» հետևել հայոց ցեղասպանության նոր ալիքին»,- զայրույթով ընդգծում է թուրք լրագրողը՝ կոչ անելով Բայդենի վարչակազմին վերջ դնել այս անմարդկային գործընթացին՝ Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ սանկցիաներ կիրառելով։
