«Մարդկանց առևանգելու են, սպանելու են»․ Բաբայանը չի կասկածում, որ ադրբեջանական անցակետը դառնալու է խոշտանգումների կետ

Լաչինի միջանցքում ապօրինաբար տեղադրված ադրբեջանական անցակետում արցախցիներին կանգնեցնելու, անձնագրերը ստուգելու միջադեպի վերաբերյալ պատկան մարմինները պետք է անհապաղ բացատրություն տան։ Այդ մասին «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Արցախի նախագահի հատուկ հանձնարարությունների գծով ներկայացուցիչ Դավիթ Բաբայանը։
«Տեղի ունեցածը խայտառակություն էր։ Մենք ներկա պահին վճռորոշ փուլում ենք, և հասարակությունը բազմաթիվ հարցերի պատասխաններ է ակնկալում՝ սեփական իշխանություններից սկսած, Մոսկվայով ու Արևմուտքով ավարտած։ Առաջին հերթին Արցախի իշխանությունները պետք է անհապաղ պատասխանեն, թե ինչ ենք անում, որն է մեր տեսլականը։ Շուտափույթ պետք է պատասխաններ հնչեն։ Հասարակությունը պահանջում է ազնիվ լինել, ու էլ սպասելու տեղ ու ժամանա չկա»,-ահազանգել է Բաբայանը։
Այն, որ ադրբեջանական անցակետը շատ կարճ ժամանակից դառնալու է խոշտանգումների ու սպանությունների կետ՝ Բաբայանը չի կասկածում.
«Սրանք դեռ ծաղիկներն են, մարդկանց առևանգելու են, սպանելու են, թալանելու են, նվաստացնելու են... Ինչ ուզեն՝ անելու են։ Մենք տեսել ենք, թե 1991 Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանում ինչ էր անում ադրբեջանական ՕՄՈՆ-ը»։
Մատնանշելով ԱՄՆ պետքարտողար Բլինքենի՝ երեկ Թվիթերում արած գրառումը, որով ամերիկացի պաշտոնյան շնորհակալություն էր հայտնում Ալիևին, իբր, «խաղաղության» ուղղությամբ ցուցաբերած ջանքերի համար՝ Բաբայանն ակնհայտ երեսպաշտություն է տեսնում թե՛ Վաշինգտոնի, թե՛ Մոսկվայի, թե՛ Երևանի կողմից։
«Հերիք է արդեն, թող ասեն՝ կոնկրետ ինչ է իրենց ուզածը։ Իբր մինչև 2025թ. պետք է ապահովվեր նորմալ կյանքն Արցախում, հիմա արդեն 2025 թի՞վն է։ Բազմիցս զգուշացրել ենք, ինքս անձամբ ասել եմ քանիցս, որ Ադրբեջանը չի պահպանելու ոչ մի պահանջ։ Մի բան պարզ է. նրանք հիմա տարածում են, թե արդեն վերահսկողություն ունեն և ինչ ուզեն՝ անելու են։ Այդ անցակետն առևանգման, խոշտանգման կետ է լինելու, ոչ մեկը թող չկասկածի»,-ասել է Բաբայանն ու կրկին շեշտել՝ հասարակությունը պատասխանների է սպասում։
