politnavigator.net-ը գրում է, թե Ուկրաինան շահագրգռված է, որ Հայաստանը վերջնականապես խզի հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ և, ի դեմս Արևմուտքի, գտնի անվտանգության նոր երաշխավոր։ Այս մասին գրել է կիևյան «Zerkalo Nedeli» առցանց հրատարակությունը։ Նշվել է, որ եթե մի քանի տարի առաջ Մոսկվան գերիշխող դեր էր խաղում Հարավային Կովկասում, ապա ներկա իրավիճակը, մասնավորապես ռուսական ռազմական գործողությունը Ուկրաինայում, «նեղացնում է Կրեմլի ռազմական ու քաղաքական հնարավորությունները տարածաշրջանում»։

«Հայաստանը, որը ռազմականապես և տնտեսապես լիովին կախված է Ռուսաստանից, մի իրավիճակում է, երբ Մոսկվայի ազդեցությունը Բաքվի վրա նվազում է, և Հայաստանը փորձում է արդյունավետ պաշտպանություն գտնել Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ճնշումից: Երևանը չի հավատում, որ ՀԱՊԿ դաշնակիցը օգնության կգա ադրբեջանա-հայկական երրորդ պատերազմի դեպքում: Ուստի Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը Ռուսաստանի փոխարեն շտապ փորձում է գտնել իր անվտանգության երաշխավորին։ Եվ Երևանն այդ դերում տեսնում է Արևմուտքին՝ որպես ամբողջություն, և մասնավորապես Եվրամիությանը: Այսպիսով, Հայաստանին հաջողվել է, չնայած Ռուսաստանի դիմադրությանը, հասնել ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության ստեղծմանը»,- գրված է հոդվածում։

Միաժամանակ նշվում է, որ Արևմուտքը ցանկանում է Ռուսաստանին դուրս շպրտել Հարավային Կովկասից, բայց դա՝ ոչ Թուրքիայի ազդեցության մեծացման հաշվին։ Իր հերթին Մերձավոր Արևելքի հետազոտությունների Կիևի կենտրոնի փոխտնօրեն Սերգեյ Դանիլովը վստահեցնում է, որ «Արևմուտքը ռեսուրսներ չունի տարածաշրջանում լիարժեք խաղալու համար»: Իսկ «Ռազմավարություն XXI» գլոբալ հետազոտությունների ամերիկամետ կենտրոնի նախագահ Միխայիլ Գոնչարի խոսքերով, Մոսկվան աշխատում է ՌուսաստանՎրաստան-Հայաստան-Իրան ձևաչափի ստեղծման վրա, որը պետք է արգելափակի Ադրբեջան-Թուրքիա դաշինքը, որպեսզի «մեկուսացնի «թուրքական էքսպանսիան» և դուրս շպրտի Արևմուտքին տարածաշրջանային դասավորություններից»։

«Ինչ վերաբերում է Ուկրաինայի շահերին, ապա մեր երկրի համար որոշակի ռիսկեր կան ադրբեջանա-հայկական կամ իրանա-ադրբեջանական նոր պատերազմների դեպքում։ Ամենակարևորն այն է, որ Արևմուտքի ուշադրության մի մասը կշեղվի նոր զինված հակամարտության ուղղությամբ, քանի որ ԱՄՆ-ը և ԵՄ-ն ստիպված կլինեն վերաուղղել իրենց ռեսուրսները ռուս-ուկրաինական ճակատից: Մյուս կողմից՝ Պուտինը ստիպված կլինի անել նույնը, նա չի կարող իրեն թույլ տալ կորցնել «կենսական կարևոր» Հարավային Կովկասը, որի համար ժամանակին պայքարել է Պասկևիչը։ Իսկ Ուկրաինայի համար կարևոր է, որ ռուս-ուկրաինական շարունակվող պատերազմի համատեքստում Կրեմլն էլ ավելի ցրի իր սպառված քաղաքական, ռազմական և մարդկային ռեսուրսները», - ամփոփել է «Zerkalo Nedeli» առցանց հրատարակությունը։
