Չինաստանում աճում է արևային մարտկոցների արտադրությունը

Չինաստանում արևային մարտկոցների արտադրությունը այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում աճել է 53,2 %-ով տարեկան կտրվածքով, այդ մասին հայտնել է Չինաստանի վիճակագրության ազգային կոմիտեն։ Կառավարությունը սկսել է նաև զարգացնել լողացող արևային էլեկտրաէներգիայի շինարարությունը։ Պեկինի իշխանությունների նպատակը քամու և արևային էներգիայի մասնաբաժինը էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառման ընդհանուր ծավալում անցած տարվա 13,8 %-ից այս տարի 15, 3 %-ի հասցնելն է։

Մասնավորապես մի քանի խոշոր նախագծեր են սկսվել Գոբի անապատում և երկրի այլ անապատային հատվածներում։ Ազգային էներգետիկ վարչության տվյալներով՝ արևային և քամու էլեկտրակայանների համար սարքավորումների արտադրությունը կազմել է համաշխարհային արտադրության 70 %-ը, իսկ որոշ առաջատար տեխնոլոգիաներ, որոնք արտադրվում են Չինաստանում, ընդհանրապես 100%-ի են հասել ողջ աշխարհի մակարդակով։ Իհարկե տարեկան կտրվածքով 15, 3 %-ը դեռևս բավական ցածր ցուցանիշ կարելի է համարել Չինաստանի համար, սակայն բանն այն է, որ այդ երկիրը արևային սարքավորումների արտադրությունը և դրանց արտահանումը ավելի շատ որպես քաղաքական ճնշման գործիք է դիտարկում և փորձում է ոչ թե ապահովել սեփական կարիքները, այլ այդ արտադրությունն օգտագործել համաշխարհային մաշտաբով՝ իր քաղաքական ամբիցիաները ավելացնելու համար։

Հաշվի առնելով թե՛ ունեցած ռեսուրսները և թե՛ աշխատուժի բավական էժան լինելը՝ Չինաստանը գիտակցում է, որ այժմ իսկական ժամանակն է արևային մարտկոցներով և վահանակներով աշխարհը հեղեղելու, տարբեր երկրների՝ իրենից կախման մեջ գցելու համար, իսկ սեփական կարիքները կարող են հոգալ, եթե ոչ հիմա, ապա մեկ տասնամյակ հետո, ուստի հենց սրան են միտված ամբողջ քաղաքականությունը։

Մեր երկրում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող միայն մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», և Հայաստանն ինքն էլ ստիպված է հենց Չինաստանից ներմուծել սարքավորումների հսկայական քանակություն։ Հաշվի առնելով երկու երկրների բավական դրական բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունները՝ Չինաստանը արևային էներգիայի սարքավորումների արտահանումը Հայաստան թշնամական նպատակներով չի անում, ինչը սակայն չի կարելի ասել օրինակ արևմուտքի դեպքում։
